6. HIS DUA WHEN HE STOOD UP FROM WHERE HE WAS SITTING

35. From al-Ghaz¡l¢ in al-I¦y¡’: When he would stand from where he was sitting he would say:

سُبْحَانَكَ أَللّٰهُمَّ وَبِحَمْدِكَ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلٰهَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ، أَسْتَغْفِرُكَ وَأَتُوبُ إِلَيْكَ.

Praise be to You O All¡h XE "All¡h"  And by Your Glory! I Bear witness that there is no god but You. I seek repentance from You and I turn to You.[i]
