Dua for 'RIZQ ' (Sufficient Sustenance)
NAHJUL BALAGHA by Imam Ali (as) on SUSTENANCE :Allah (swt) has guaranteed your livelihood and has commanded you to act. Therefore, the pursuit of that which has been guaranteed to you should not get preference over that whose performance has been enjoined upon you. But by Allah, most certainly the position is that doubt has overtaken and certainty has been shattered and it seems as if what has been guaranteed to you is obligatory on you and what was made obligatory on you has been taken away from you. |

Once the Prophet's (saw) daughter Fatima Zehra (as) asked the prophet
for a helper.
The Prophet(saw) advised her to recite the following Tasbih which is now
known as Tasbih e Zehra.
This Tasbih is usually recited after each prayer.
However it also has
great value for solving the problems of Rizq, Sustenance, Business, Job
etc.
The person should recite the tasbih with the niyat (intention) of
seeking rizq (sustenance), before leaving the house ,before commencing business or
before starting work at office.
34 times Allah o Akbar,33 times Alhumdolillah & 33 times Subhanallah
Inshallah rizq problems can be overcome with this.

This dua
is taken from a book called Sahifa of the Mahdi and its a tawassul
through the 9th Imam. Shaykh 'Abbas Qummi also in his biography of the
9th
Imam (muntahal aamaal) mentions something on these lines that asking Allah
(swt)
by the 9th Imam for increase in sustenance is a tested and proved method
that really works.

A.It is reported that a man came to the Holy Prophet () and said, I have many dependants and I am suffering too much because of debts. Therefore, instruct me a supplication by which Almighty Allah will provide me sustenance so that I can settle my debts and cover the needs of my dependants. The Holy Prophet () taught him to do the following: You may do the ritual ablution very accurately and then offer a two unit prayer with accurate genuflection and prostration. Upon accomplishment, you may say the following supplication:
y mjidu y widu y karmu |
O Glorious! O One an Only! O All-generous! |
atawajjah ilayka bimuammadin nabiyyika nabiyyi alrramati |
I turn my face towards You in the name of Muammad, Your Prophet, the Prophet of Mercy, |
all allhu `alayhi wa lih |
Allahs blessings be upon him and his Household; |
y muammadu y rasla allhi |
O Muammad! O Allahs Messenger! |
inn atawajjah bika il allhi |
I turn my face in your name towards Allah, |
rabb wa rabbika wa rabbi kulli shay'in |
my and your Lord and the Lord of all things. |
wa as'aluka allhumma an tualliya `al muammadin wa ahli baytih |
I thus beseech You, O Allah, to send blessings upon Muammad and his Household, |
wa as'aluka nafatan karmatan min nafatika |
and I beseech You to grant me one of Your generous gifts, |
wa fatan yasran |
an easy opening, |
wa rizqan wsi`an |
and expansive sustenance |
alummu bih sha`ath |
by which I can put together my scattered things, |
wa aq bih dayn |
settle my debts, |
wa asta`nu bih `al `iyl |
and have the ability to cover the needs of my dependants. |
B.Before you go to your shop (or place of work), you may go to the mosque to offer two or four units of prayer after which you may say the following supplication:
ghadawtu biawli allhi wa quwwatih |
I begin this day by Allahs might and power. |
wa ghadawtu bil awlin minn wa l quwwatin |
I begin it by no might or power of mine; |
wa lkin biawlika wa quwwatika y rabbi |
rather, by Your might and power, O my Lord. |
allhumma inn `abduka |
O Allah, I am verily your servant. |
altamisu min falika kam amartan |
I am seeking Your favor, as You have ordered me to do. |
fayassir l dhlika wa an khfiun f `fiyatika |
So, (please) make it easy for me while I am enjoying wellbeing that You confer upon me. |
C. Reporting this prayer for seeking sustenance from Imam al-diq (`a), Ab-Bar added that Imam al-diq (`a) ascribed this prayer to Imam `Al ibn al-usayn (`a): MP3
allhumma inn as'aluka usna alma`shati |
O Allah, I beseech You for excellent livelihood; |

such livelihood by which I can be competent enough to settle all of my needs |
wa atawaalu bih f alayti il khirat |
and by which I can pave my way to my otherworldly life by means of this life, |
min ghayri an tutrifan fh fa'agh |
but do not make me so luxurious that I may be inordinate |
aw tuqattira bih `alayya fa'ashq |
and do not straiten my means of life that I may be miserable. |
awsi` `alayya min alli rizqika |
Rather, You may grant me expansive and legally gotten sustenance |
wa afil `alayya min saybi falika |
and endue me kindly with the torrential favors of You, |
ni`matan minka sbighatan |
such pleasant graces, |
wa `a'an ghayra mamnnin |
and enduring gifts. |
thumma l tashghaln `an shukri ni`matika |
Then, (please) do not cause me to be distracted from thanking Your graces |
Bi'ikthrin minh tulhn bahjatuh |
through granting me excessive sustenance whose joy may divert me |
wa taftinun zahartu zahwatih |
and whose vainglory may lead me astray |
wa l bi'iqllin `alayya minh |
or through giving me very little amount of sustenance |

due to which my painstaking efforts fail to meet my needs |
wa yamla'u adr hammuh |
and due to which my heart is filled with grief. |
a`in min dhlika y ilh |
(Please) give me, O my God, an amount |
ghinan `an shirri khalqika |
that makes me dispense with Your evil creatures |
wa balghan anlu bih riwnaka |
and makes me attain Your pleasure. |
wa a`dhu bika y ilh min sharri aldduny |
I pray Your protection, O my God, against the evil of this world |
wa sharri m fh |
and the evil therein. |
wa l taj`al `alayya aldduny sijnan |
Do not cause this world to be like prison for me |
wa l firqah `alayya uznan |
and do not cause my departure from it to be grief for me. |
akhrijn min fitnatih mariyyan `ann |
(Please) take me out of it while You are pleased with me |

to the habitat of true life and the abode of the virtuous ones. |

the bliss of the everlasting abode. |
allhumma inn a`dhu bika min azlih wa zilzlih |
O Allah, I pray for Your protection against this worlds hardships and tribulations |

O Allah, (please) frustrate whoever intends to deceive me, |

Third: Ab-Bar is reported to have said: I complained to Imam al-diq (`a) about poverty and asked him to teach me a prayer for sustenance. He therefore taught me a prayer after which I have never needed anything. Precisely, the Imam (`a) instructed me to say the following prayer in the Night Prayer while I am in the position of prostration: Mp3
y khayra mad`uwwin |
O best of all those whom may be besought, |
wa y khayra mas'lin |
O best of all those whom may be begged, |
wa y awsa`a man a` |
O most ample-giver of all those who may give, |
wa y khayra murtajan |
and O best of all those whom may be pleased, |
urzuqn wa awsi` `alayya min rizqika |
(please) provide me with sustenance, grant me liberal sustenance, |
wa sabbib l rizqan min qibalika |
and cause me to receive sustenance from Your Presence, |
innaka `al kulli shay'in qadrun |
for You have power over all things. |
Referring to the same prayer, Shaykh al-s, in his book of Mib al-Mutahajjid, has mentioned that this prayer may be said in the second prostration of the eighth unit of the Night Prayer.
Fourth: The Holy Prophet () is reported to have instructed that this prayer might be said for asking for sustenance: Mp3
y rziqa almuqillna |
O Sustainer of the impoverished, |
wa y rima almaskni |
O Compassionate to the poor, |
wa y waliyya almu'minna |
O Patron of the believers, |
wa y dh alquwwati almatni |
and O Lord of power and strong, |
alli `al muammadin wa ahli baytih |
(please) send blessings upon Muhammad and his Household, |
warzuqn wa `fin |
provide me with sustenance, grant me wellbeing, |
wakfin m ahamman |
and save me from what has distressed me. |
Three matters were taught by the Sayyid
Our master scholar, Shaykh al-Nr, in his book of Dr al-Salm, has recorded on the authority of his mentor Fat `Al al-Sulnbd that Shaykh Muammad diq al-`Irq had lived in harsh poverty for a long time without finding any solution for his state until he saw, in dream, that he was in a valley where there was an enormous tent with a dome over it. As he asked about the lord of that tent, he was answered that it was owned by Imam al-Mahd, the Awaitedthe protecting shelter and the relief of the deprived onesmay Allah hasten his reappearance. He therefore hurried towards that tent and complained about his poverty, asking the Imam (`a) to teach him a supplication that would relieve him from his grief and save him from his misfortunes. The Imam, having heard his complaint, instructed him to visit the tent of one of his offspring. He therefore left the Imams tent and headed for the tent to which he was guided. When he reached there, he saw Sayyid Muammad al-Sulnbd sitting in his prayer-place while he was engaged in uttering supplications and litanies. He greeted him and told him about his story with the Imam. The Sayyid therefore taught him a supplication that would relieve him from poverty and bring him good sustenance.
When the man woke up, he found that he had learnt that supplication by heart; therefore, he hurried to the house of the Sayyid and found him in the same state that he had seen in the dream. As if the Sayyid had already known about the dream, he welcomed the man and smiled in his face. The man hence asked the Sayyid about that supplication and the Sayyid answered him. Immediately after saying the supplication persistently, the man became so wealthy that fortune covered him from all sides.
jj Fat `Al al-Sulnbd used to praise the Sayyid so laudably. For some time, he studied under him.
The following three matters were taught by the Sayyid to that man:
(1) He taught him that he, after the Dawn Prayers, should put his hand on his chest and repeat seventy times the phrase of:
O Greatest Judge |
Y fattu |
(2) He taught him to regularly say the following prayer that, as is recorded in al-Kf, the Holy Prophet () taught to one of his companions who had been afflicted by disease and poverty. Soon after that, the man recovered health and got rid of poverty. The supplication is this:
l awla wa l quwwata ill billhi |
There is neither might nor power except with Allah. |
tawakkaltu `al alayyi alladh l yamtu |
I put my trust in the Ever-living (Lord) Who never dies. |
walamdu lillhi alladh lam yattakhidh waladan |
All praise is due to Allah, Who has not taken a wife or a son |
wa lam yakun lah sharkun f almulki |
and Who has not have a partner in the kingdom, |
wa lam yakun lah waliyyun min aldhdhulli |
and Who has not have a helper to save Him from disgrace; |
wa kabbirhu takbran |
and magnify Him with all magnificence. |
(3) He taught him to say the supplication, which is recorded by Ibn Fahad al-ill in `Uddat al-D`, after the Dawn Prayers.
Imam Ja`far al-Sadiq (`a) is also reported to have said that one who desires to enjoy both the worldly life and the Next World, and one who has eye ache, should utter the following prayer after the Dawn and Sunset Prayers .recorded by Ibn Fahad al-Hilli in `Uddat al-Da`u: PDF Jpg | M4a | Mp3 | Video | Video2 | |

Supplication of Amirul Momineen Ali (a.s.) for sustenance (Make the man wear it). Image version
From Amirul Momineen Ali bin Abi Talib, Allahs blessings be upon him said: One who is having problems regarding his livelihood and the ways of earning are closed on him, he should write the following on deer skin or a piece of leather and hang it or put it in some clothes that he wears. Then he will not take it off but that Allah will widen his sustenance and open for him doors of earnings from where he has least expected and it is as follows:

O Allah then bless Muhammad and the progeny of Muhammad and do not hinder upon so and so, son of so and so, Your sustenance and do not decrease for him the widening of sustenance that is with You and do not deprive him of Your Grace and do not prevent from his share of sustenance and do not entrust him to Your creatures and neither to his ownself

So that he becomes helpless and is weak to rise up in that in which lies his betterment and what was before him. But single him out for straightening his muddled affairs and take the responsibility of the fulfillment of his needs and keep an eye on all his affairs. Indeed You, if you entrust him to Your creatures he will not benefit and if you leave him upon his relatives he would be deprived. And if they give him they would give little and less. And if they prevent from him they will restrain much. And if they are miserly they would be miserly, for they are the miserly ones. O Allah, make so and so, son of so and so, needless by Your Grace and do not keep him bereft of it. For he is distressed towards You, needful of what is with You and You are needless of him. And You are informed and knowing about him.

And whoever trusts in Allah, He is sufficient for him, surely Allah attains His purpose, Allah indeed has appointed a measure for everything. Surely with difficulty is ease. And whoever is careful of (his duty to) Allah, He will make for him an outlet, and give him sustenance from whence he thinks not.[1]
From Ali (a.s.): One who begins his day and does not utters these words, it is feared that his sustenance would be destroyed.

Praise be to Allah, the One Who has introduced me His self, and did not leave me blind by the heart. Praise be to Allah Who made me from the nation of Muhammad, may Allah bless him and his family. Praise be to Allah Who kept my sustenance in His hands and did not put it in the control of people. Praise be to Allah Who concealed my defects and did not expose me among the people.
Also recite the following for increase of sustenance:

O Allah, give me from Your wide Grace, and the permissible and the pure, a sustenance that is permissible and pure, sufficient for the world and the Hereafter, in continuous outpour, pleasing to eat and drink without undue struggle and without being under an obligation of one of Your creatures. Except that You widen it by Your wide favor; for indeed You have said: And ask Allah through His Grace. Then from Your Grace I ask. And I ask you through Your bestowal and I ask You from Your hands that are full of bounties.

O Lord, verily You tried us in our means of support when we failed to trust You, in the length of our lives with far-reaching hopes till we sought for Your sustenance from recipients of sustenance and our expectations made us covert the age of those having longevity. Therefore, bless Muhammad and his descendants. Grant us a sincere faith whereby to deliver us from the toil of earning a living. Inspire us with pure confidence whereby to protect us from the hardships of fatigue. Let what You have explained of Your promises in Your revelation, reinforced with Your oath, in Your Book, be a perfect check to our anxiety about livelihood which You have undertaken to provide. Restrain us from undertaking to secure that, a sufficiency of which You have guaranteed. For You have said Your saying is right and most true sworn Your oath is most righteous and faithful (Saying), And in the sky is your subsistence and what you have been promised, and You have added, And by the Lord then of heaven and earth, it is as true as that you speak.[2]

Allaahumma yaa faarijal hammi wa munaffisal ghammi wa muzhibal ahzaani wa mujeeba dawatil muztarreen. Yaa rahmaanad dunyaa wal aakhirati wa raheemahumaa anta rajaa-ee wa rahmaana kulli shai-in farhamnee rahmatan taghneenee bihaa anr rahmatim min siwaaka wa taqzee bihaa annid daina kullah.
O Allah! O the averter of sorrows. O the dispeller of grief! O the one to ward off the sorrow and O the one to accept the prayers of uneasy people. O the Beneficent in this world and the Hereafter. You are my only hope, and O the one to show mercy on everything, have mercy on me. Shower such a mercy on me which excels every other mercy and free me from all the debts.[3]
Prayer for acquiring sustenance
A person came to the Prophet (s.a.w.s.) and said: O Messenger of Allah (s.a.w.s.), I am having a family and these are debts upon me and my condition has become severe. So teach me a supplication to pray to Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, by it so that He gives me to repay my debts and maintain my family. The Messenger of Allah (s.a.w.s.) said: O Abdullah, perform the ritual ablution perfectly and pray 2 rakats of prayer and complete the bowings and prostrations, then say:
Yaa maajidu yaa waahidu yaa kareemu atawajjahu ilaika bi muhammadin nabeeyika nabeeyir rahmati sallallaahu alaihi wa aalihi yaa muhammadu yaa rasoolallaahi innee atawajjahu bika ilallaahi rabbi wa rabbika wa rabbee kulli shai. Wa as-aluka allaahumma an tusalli alaa muhammadinw wa ahlibaitihi wa as-aluka nafhatan kareematam min nafahaatika wa fat-hayn yaseeranw wa rizqan waasian alummu bihi shaathee wa aqzee bihi dainee wa astaeenu bihi alaa iyaalee.
O Glorious, O the One, O Noble, I turn towards You through Muhammad, Your Prophet, the prophet of mercy. May Allah bless him and his family. O Muhammad, O Messenger of Allah (s.a.w.s.), indeed I turn through you to Allah, My Lord and your Lord and the Lord of everything and I ask You O Allah that you bless Muhammad and his Ahle Bayt and I ask You for a noble bestowal from Your bestowals and an easy victory and a wide sustenance, so that I can reform my muddled affairs and repay my loans and maintain by it, my family.[4]
For increase in sustenance and sufficiency in important matters
Among the formulae for increase in sustenance and sufficing for important affairs is the reading of the following verses:
Bismillaahir rahmaanir raheem. Wa mayn yattaqillaaha yaj-al lahu makhrajaa. Wa yarzuqhu min haithu laa yahtasibu wa mayn yatawakkal alallaahi fahuwa hasbuhu innallaaha baalighu amrihi qad ja-alallaahu likulli shai-in qadraa.
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful. And whoever is careful of (his duty to) Allah, He will make for him an outlet. And give him sustenance from whence he thinks not; and whoever trusts in Allah, He is sufficient for him; surely Allah attains His purpose; Allah indeed has appointed a measure for everything.[5]
Recite Salawat on the Prophet (s.a.w.s.) three times before and after reciting the above verses. Perform this ritual every Wednesday.
From the proven supplications of Shaykh Mufid for seeking sustenance is reciting seven times:
Allah is Benignant to His servants; He gives sustenance to whom He pleases, and He is the Strong, the Mighty.[6]
Also recite the following seven times: [7]
Allaahumma adim nimataka waltuf binaa feemaa qaddartah.
O Allah make permanent Your bounty and Your Grace for us in what You have ordained.
For sustenance and repayment of debts
Maaz complained to the Prophet (s.a.w.s.) when he was under a debt. He (the Prophet) said: Do you want that Allah should liquidate your debts? He said: Yes, O Messenger of Allah (s.a.w.s.). He (the Prophet) said:
Qulillaahumma maalikal mulki tu-til mulka man tashaa-u wa tanziul mulka mimman tashaa-u wa tu-izzu man tashaa-u wa tudhillu man tashaa-u biyadikal khairu innaka alaa kulli shai-in qadeer. Toolijul Laila finnahaari wa toolijun nahaara fil laili wa tukhrijul hayya minal mayyiti wa tukhrijul mayyita minal hayy. Wa tarzuqu man tashaa-u bighairi hisaab. Rahmaanad dunyaa wal aakhirati wa raheemahumaa tutee minhumaa maa tashaa-u wa tamnau minhumaa maa tashaa-u iqzee annee dainee.
Say: O Allah, Master of the Kingdom! Thou givest the kingdom to whomsoever Thou pleasest and takest away the kingdom from whomsoever Thou pleasest, and Thou exaltest whom Thou pleasest and abasest whom Thou pleasest; in Thine hand is the good; surely, Thou hast power over all things. Thou makest the night to pass into the day and Thou makest the day to pass into the night, and Thou bringest forth the living from the dead and Thou bringest forth the dead from the living, and Thou givest sustenance to whom Thou pleasest without measure. The Beneficent of the world and the hereafter and their Merciful, You bestow from the two what You like and prevent from the two what You like, repay for me my debt.
Then even if your debts equal the whole world full of gold, Allah would cause it to be liquidated.
For repayment of debt and removal of poverty
From Sahl Sadi that he said: A person came to the Prophet (s.a.w.s.) and complained of poverty and straitening of sustenance. The Messenger of Allah (s.a.w.s.) told him:
When you enter your house, say Salam (salute) whether there is someone therein or there is none. The recite Qul huwallaaho Ahad (Surah Tawheed), once. The man did as advised and Allah gave him so much that he even passed some of it to his neighbors.[8]
From ar-Reza (a.s.) from his forefathers from Ali (a.s.) that he said: The Messenger of Allah (s.a.w.s.) said: One who recites the following a hundred times everyday will acquire wealth by it, and poverty will be removed and the door of poverty will be closed while the door of Paradise shall be opened for him:
Laa ilaaha illallaahul malikul haqqul mubeen.
There is no god except Allah, the True and Manifest Ruler.
It is said in traditions to recite the above thirty times for removing poverty and getting prosperity.[9]
Allamah Amili (r.a.) says: We have found in some books of supplication that one who writes these verses on the last Friday of the month of Ramadan and keeps it in his purse or his money box, Allah the High, will cause increase and the two will not be empty of it till he keeps it.
Write:
Bismillaahir rahmaanir raheem. Fataqbbalahaa rabbuhaa biqaboolin hasaninw wa ambatahaa nabaatan hasananw wa kaffalahaa zakareeyaa. Kullamaa dakhala alaihaa zakareeyal mihraaba wajada indahaa rizqaa. Qaala yaa maryamu annaa laki haadhaa qaalat huwa min indillaahi innallaaha yarzuqu mayn yashaa-u bighairi hisaab. sadaq allaahul azeem.
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful. So her Lord accepted her with a good acceptance and made her grow up a good growing, and gave her into the charge of Zakaria; whenever Zakaria entered the sanctuary to (see) her, he found with her food. He said: O Maryam! whence comes this to you? She said: It is from Allah. Surely Allah gives to whom He pleases without measure.[10] Allah the Mighty, has said the truth.
Another supplication for sustenance
In the History of Ali bin Anjab, known as Ibne Sayyi, he says: One who follows this supplication, his sustenance would become easy and their ways would become easy for him.
Allaahumma yaa sababa mallaa sababa lah. Yaa sababa kulli dhee sabab. Yaa musabbilal asbaabi fee ghairi sabab. Salli aalaa muhammadinw wa aali muhammadinw wa-aghninee bihalaalika an haraamika wa bitaa-atika am masiyatika wa bifazlika amman siwaaka yaa hayyu yaa qayyoom.
O Allah, O the cause of one for whom there is no cause, O cause of all that have cause. O cause of causes in that where there is no cause. Bless Muhammad and the progeny of Muhammad. Make me needless through Your permissible from Your prohibited. And through Your obedience from Your disobedience and by Your Grace from others than You. O the Living, O the Everlasting.[11]
Allaahumma innaa nas-aluka min fazlika maa yaleequ bifazlika kamaa yaleequ bifazlik. Wa ziyaadatam min fazlika bifazlik yaa dhal fazli urzuqnee rizqanw wasiayn yaa kareem.
O Allah, we ask You from Your Grace that which befits Your Grace, like it befits Your Grace. And more than Your Grace by Your Grace. O one with Grace, give me a wide sustenance, O Munificent.[12]

Ensuring Sustenance
(And if the people of the towns were to believe and observe piety, surely we would have opened to them the blessings of the heaven and the earth
(And whosoever is God-wary (observes piety) He would make for him a way out [from difficulties] and Bestow on him sustenance from whence he expects not
وَيُمْدِدْكُمْ بِأَمْوَالٍ وَبَنِينَ وَيَجْعَلْ لَكُمْ جَنَّاتٍ وَيَجْعَلْ لَكُمْ أَنْهَارًا ( Then I said: seek forgiveness from your Lord, [for] indeed He is the Most-forgiving; He would send down abundance of rain upon you; and aid you with wealth and sons; and make for you gardens and make for you rivers.
These verses inform the human being about the best path of ensuring sustenance and avoiding the calamity of hunger. If the culture of taqwā and istighfār (in its various manifestations and dimensions] were to prevail, hunger would no more be a predicament save in cases of Divine trial.) (And We would certainly try You with somewhat of fear and hunger[27]
We also have many traditions that guide the hungry and the destitute, as well those who would like to disseminate the culture of independence, about the ways of achieving sustenance. Following are some examples:
Increasing Sustenance
1. Imām al-Sādiq (as) is reported to have said[28]:إِنَّ الْبِرَّ يَزِيدُ فِي الرِّزْقِ. Indeed, virtuousness increases sustenance.
2. Imām al-Sādiq (as) is reported to have said[29]:حُسْنُ الْخُلْقِ يَزِيدُ فِي الرِّزْقِ.Good behaviour (akhlāq) increases sustenance.
3. The Holy Prophet (s) is reported to have said[30]:دُمْ عَلى الطَّهَارَةِ، يُوَسَّعُ عَلَيْكَ فِي الرِّزْقِ. Always be in the state of tahāra (purity) and your sustenance shall be increased.
Therefore, the duty of those who sincerely utter this verse of the supplication, besides actively supporting others, should be to educate them to realize the direct causes of hunger.
SAFEGUARD AGAINST POVERTY |
DUA'A 105 According to the Holy Prophet recitation of istighfar (ASTAGHFIRULLAAHI WA ATOOBI ILAYEE) 100 times before going to bed, removes poverty. DUA'A 106 According to Imam Jafar bin Muhammad as Sadiq whoever recites surah al Maa-o'on 41 times (100 salat) does not suffer poverty and his children also. DUA'A 107 According to Imam Jagfar bin Muhammad as Sadiq recitation of surah al Qadr 360 times regularly is a very likely safeguard against the assault by proverty. DUA'A 108 It is stated in the Kash al Ghuma and Asmal to recite the following du-a'a 100 times to remove poverty.
DUA'A 109 According to the Holy Prophet recitation of the following du-a'a removes poverty.
DUA'A 110 Recite the following du-a'a 50 times daily for 20 days, inshallah soon poverty will leave your home. If it is recited 1000 times on any food, the eater of it will become your friend.
DUA'A 111 |
DUA'A 74 ( Image format ) The following du-a'a is taken from Sahifa Alayiyyah by Imam Ali ibn abi Talib. This du-a'a is to be written, preferably on the skin of a deer or on any skin of a lawful animal, and kept on the body for increase in sustenance.
O my Allah, (mention the name of the person with father’s name for whom this du-a’a is written) has no capacity, nor he has endurance to come to grips with misfortunes, nor he has endurance to come to grips with misfortunes, nor he has strength to withstand hunger and destitution. O my Allah send blessings on Muhammad and on his children, and do not let his means of sustenance (from You) fluctuate, do not be less generous in giving him from the vastness of Your bounties, do not exclude him from Your generosity, do not keep back from him Your liberal distribution (of bounties); do not give him over to Your liberal distribution (of bounties); do not give him over to Your creatures, nor (even) to himself, because he will not be equal to the task and will be too weak to perform well or set aright that which has gone (wrong) before, but You by Yourself put into good condition the disorder in his business and confusion of affairs and take charge of his welfare, look after all his affairs. If You put Your creatures in charge of (his affairs) they will not serve him, nor hand over (his affairs) to his relatives, they will take possession of (his rights); and if at all they give, they will give that which is less and trifle; and if they refuse to give, they will withhold much; and if they be niggardly they do full justice to niggardliness. O my Allah, give much to him from Your abundant bounties and do not let him be without (Your abundant bounties), because, verily very much in need he turns unto You to seek and obtain that which is in Your hands, whereas You have no need of him, and You are fully aware of his (needs and wants). Whoso relies upon Allah, for him He is sufficient. Verily Allah completes His decisions. Allah has set a due measure for everything. Verily, with every difficulty there is ease. Whosoever is aware of the divine laws (and follows them) to him He shows the true way out and gives him sustenance from where he does not reckon.
