Dua 118-122 from Sahifa Alavia by Imam Ali(as)
118. His Supplication as taught to Imam Hasan (a.s.)
بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ.
Bismil Laahir Rahmaanir Raheem.
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful.

یَا عُدَّتِیْ عِنْدَ کُرْبَتِیْ، یَا غِیَاثِیْ عِنْدَ شِدَّتِیْ، یَا وَلِيِّيْ فِیْ نِعْمَتِیْ، یَا مُنْجِحِیْ فِیْ حَاجَتِیْ، یَا مَفْزَعِیْ فِیْ وَرْطَتِیْ، یَا مُنْقِذِیْ مِنْ ہَلَکَتِیْ، یَا کَالِئِیْ فِیْ وَحْدَتِیْ، اِغْفِرْ لِیْ خَطِیْئَتِیْ، وَ یَسِّرْ لِیْ اَمْرِیْ، وَ اجْمَعْ لِیْ شَمْلِیْ، وَ اَنْحِجْ لِیْ طَلِبَتِیْ، وَ اَصْلِحْ لِیْ شَأْنِیْ، وَ اکْفِنِیْ مَا اَہَمَّنِیْ، وَ اجْعَلْ لِیْ مِنْ اَمْرِیْ فَرَجًا وَ مَخْرَجًا، وَ لَا تُفَرِّقْ بَیْنِیْ وَ بَیْنَ الْعَافِیَۃِ اَبَدًا مَّا اَبْقَیْتَنِیْ، وَ فِیْ الْاٰخِرَۃَ اِذَا تَوَفَّیْتَنِیْ بِرَحْمَتِکَ یَا اَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِیْنَ.
Yaa U’ddatee I’nda Kurbatee, Yaa Gheyaasee I’nda Shiddatee, Yaa Waliyyee Fee Ne’matee, Yaa Munjehee Fee Haajatee, Yaa Mafza-E’e Fee Wartatee, Yaa Munqezee Min Halakatee, Yaa Kaa-Le-Ee Fee Wahdatee, Ighfir Lee Khatee-Atee, Wa Yassir Lee Amree, Waj Ma’ Lee Shamlee, Wa Anjeh Lee Talebatee, Wa Asleh Lee Shaa-Nee, Wak Fenee Maa Ahammanee, Waj A’l Lee Min Amree Farajan Wa Makhrajan, Wa Laa Tofarriq Baynee Wa Baynal A’afeyate Abadan Maa Abqaytanee, Wa Fil Aakherate Ezaa Tawaffaytanee Be-Rahmateka Yaa Arhamar Raahemeen.
O my weapon during my troubles! O my Listener in my trials! O my Helper in my bounties! O the One to make me successful at the time of my need! O the one to give me salvation at the time of my destruction! O the one to keep a watch over me in solitude, forgive my sins, and ease for me my affairs. Grant me peace at the time of troubles, grant me success in supplications, reformation in my condition and protection in all the things which worry me. Rectify my affairs. Never take away protection from me, whether I am alive or dead and also in the hereafter. By Your Mercy, O most Merciful of all the Mercifuls.
119. His Supplication as taught to Imam Husain (a.s.)
بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ.
Bismil Laahir Rahmaanir Raheem.
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful.

اَللّٰہُمَّ اِنِّیْ اَحْمَدُکَ عَلٰی کُلِّ نِعْمَۃٍ، وَ اَشْکُرُکَ عَلٰی کُلِّ حَسَنَۃٍ، وَ اَسْتَغْفِرُکَ مِنْ کُلِّ ذَنْبٍ، وَ اَسْئَلُکَ مِنْ کُلِّ خَیْرٍ، وَ اَسْتَعِیْذُ بِکَ مِنْ کُلِّ بَلَاءٍ، وَ لَا حَوْلَ وَ لَا قُوَّۃَ اِلَّا بِاللهِ الْعَلِیِّ الْعَظِیْمِ.
Allaahumma Innee Ahmadoka A’laa Kulle Ne’matin, Wa Ashkoroka A’laa Kulle Hasanatin, Wa Astaghferoka Min Kulle Zanbin, Wa As-Aloka Min Kulle Khayrin, Wa As-Ta-E’ezo Beka Min Kulle Balaa-In, Wa Laa Hawla Wa Laa Quwwata Illaa Billaahil A’liyyil A’zeem.
O Allah! I praise You for every bounty, and thank You on every goodness. And for every sin I seek forgiveness from You, I ask for every goodness and I seek refuge from You after every evil and there is no might or power except Allah, the mighty and the great.



121. His Supplication known as "Kalimaatil Faraj"
بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ.
Bismil Laahir Rahmaanir Raheem.
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful.

لَا اِلٰہَ اِلَّا اللهُ الْحَلِیْمُ الْکَرِیْمُ، لَا اِلٰہَ اِلَّا اللهُ الْعَلِیُّ الْعَظِیْمُ، سُبْحَانَ اللهِ رَبِّ السَّمٰوٰتِ السَّبْعِ، وَ رَبِّ الْاَرَضِیْنَ السَّبْعِ، وَ مَا فِیْہِنَّ وَ مَا بَیْنَہُنَّ، وَ مَا تَحَتَہُنَّ، وَ رَبِّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِیْمِ، وَ سَلَامٌ عَلَی الْمُرْسَلِیْنَ وَ الْحَمْدُ لِلہِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِیْنَ.
Laa Elaaha Illal Laahul Haleemul Kareemo, Laa Elaaha Illal Laahul A’liyyul A’zeemo, Subhaanal Laahe Rabbis Samaawaatis Sab-E’, Wa Rabbil Arazeenas Sab-E’, Wa Maa Feehinna Wa Maa Baynahunna, Wa Maa Tahtahunna, Wa Rabbil A’rshil A’zeeme, Wa Salaamun A’lal Mursaleena Wal Hamdo Lillaahe Rabbil A’alameena.
There is no god but Allah, the Clement, the Noble. There is no god but Allah, the Most High, the Mighty. Glory be to Allah, the Lord of the seven heavens and the Lord of the seven earths, and what is between the two, and what is in them, and what is between them, and what is under them, and the Lord of the Mighty Throne. And peace be on the apostles. Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds.
122. His supplication for increasing faith
To be recited in open on three nights.
بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ.
Bismil Laahir Rahmaanir Raheem.
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful.

اَللّٰہُمَّ اِنِّیْ قَدِ اکْتَفَیْتُ بِعِلْمِکَ عَنِ الْمَقَالِ، وَ بِکَرَمِکَ عَنِ السُّؤَالِ، اَنْتَ ثِقَتِیْ وَ رَجَائِیْ، وَ عَلَیْکَ مُعَوَّلِیْ اِفْعَلْ بِیْ مَا تَشَاءُ. اَللّٰہُمَّ اٰتَیْتُکَ زَائِرًا مُتَعَرِّضًا لِمَعْرُوْفِکَ، فَأْتِنِیْ مِنْ مَعْرُوْفِکَ مَعْرُوْفًا تُغْنِیْنِیْ بِہَا عَنْ مَعْرُوْفِ مَنْ سِوَاکَ، یَا مَعْرُوْفًا بِالْمَعْرُوْفِ. اَللّٰہُمَّ عَافِنِیْ اَبَدًا مَا اَبْقَیْتَنِیْ، وَ اغْفِرْ لِیْ اِذَا تَوَفَّیْتَنِیْ بِمَنِّکَ، یَا اَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِیْنَ.
Allaahumma Innee Qadik Tafayto Be-I’lmeka A’nil Maqaale, Wa Bekarameka A’nis So-Aale, Anta Seqatee Wa Rajaa-Ee, Wa A’layka Mo-A’wwalee If-A’l Bee Maa Tashaa-O. Allaahumma Aataytoka Zaaeran Mota-A’rrezan Le-Ma’roofeka, Fa-Aatenee Min Ma’roofeka Ma’roofan Tughneenee Behaa A’n Ma’roofe Man Sewaaka, Yaa Ma’roofan Bil-Ma’roofe. Allaahumma A’afenee Abadan Maa Abqaytanee, Wagh Fir Lee Ezaa Tawaffaytanee Be-Manneka, Yaa Arhamar Raahemeen.
O Allah! I have understood that Your Knowledge is needless of question and Your Generosity by description. You are my support and my cause and my reliance is on You. Deal with me in a way You wish. O Allah I have come in Your presence as an applicant, and a beggar for Your obligations. Bestow on me such a grace from Your grace that I become needless of others. O the one Who is known for His favours, O Allah! Keep me in health till I am alive, and when I die forgive me by Your favours. O the most Merciful of all the mercifuls.
