1.On the authority of the Prophet(peace and blessings be upon him and his family)-Iqbal Aamal- 24th


اللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ أَمَرْتَ بِالدُّعَاءِ وَ ضَمِنْتَ الْإِجَابَةَ
“O‟ my God! You ordered us to pray and guaranteed its fulfillment.

فَدَعْوْنَاكَ وَ نَحْنُ عِبَادُكَ وَ بَنُو إِمَائِكَ نَوَاصِينَا بِيَدِكَ
So we prayed to you. We are Your Servants and the children of Your creatures. You control all our affairs

وَ أَنْتَ رَبُّنَا وَ نَحْنُ عِبَادُكَ وَ لَمْ يَسْأَلِ الْعِبَادُ مِثْلَكَ
You are our Lord and we are Your Servants. The servant does not ask anyone else like You

وَ نَرْغَبُ إِلَيْكَ وَ لَمْ يَرْغَبِ الْخَلَائِقُ إِلَى مِثْلِكَ
We desire You and the people do not desire anyone else

وَ يَا مَوْضِعَ شَكْوَى السَّائِلِينَ وَ مُنْتَهَى حَاجَةِ الرَّاغِبِينَ
O‟ He who settles the complaints of those who ask! O‟ the ultimate need of those who desire!

وَ يَا ذَا الْجَبَرُوتِ وَ الْمَلَكُوتِ وَ يَا ذَا السُّلْطَانِ وَ الْعِزِّ
O‟ Lord of Omnipotence and Kingdom! O‟ Lord of Authority and Majesty!

يَا حَيُّ يَا قَيُّومُ يَا بَارُّ يَا رَحِيمُ يَا حَنَّانُ يَا مَنَّانُ يَا بَدِيعَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَ الْأَرْضِ
... O‟ the Living! O‟ the Eternal! O‟ Kind! O‟ Merciful! O‟ Giver! O‟ Bestower! O‟ Creator of the heavens and the earth

يَا ذَا الْجَلَالِ وَ الْإِكْرَامِ
O‟ Lord of Majesty, Bounty and Honor!

يَا ذَا النِّعَمِ الْجِسَامِ وَ الطَّوْلِ الَّذِي لَا يُرَامُ
O‟ Lord of Great Blessings! O‟ Lord of Bestowals that do not end!

صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ عَلَى آلِهِ وَ اغْفِرْ لِي إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ الْغَفُورُ الرَّحِيمُ
Please bestow Your Blessings on Muhammad and his Progeny (as). Please forgive me as You are All-Forgiving, Merciful!”
2.Book of companions- Iqbal Aamal - 24th
و من ذلك دعاء وجدناه في كتب أصحابنا العتيقة و هو في الليلة الرابعة و العشرين‌
ولْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ شَفْعاً وَ وَتْراً فِي الشَّفْعِ وَ الْوَتْرِ مِنْ هَذِهِ اللَّيَالِي الْمُبَارَكَاتِ وَ عَلَى مَا مَنَحَنِي وَ أَعْطَانِي فِيهِنَّ مِنَ الْخَيْرَاتِ وَ تَصَدَّقَ بِهِ عَلَيَّ وَ وَهَبَهُ لِي مِنَ الْبَاقِيَاتِ الصَّالِحَاتِ
“Praise be to God evenly and oddly in the even and odd nights of these blessed nights for all the good things that He favored and bestowed upon me on them plus the good things that remain for me which He donated to me in charity.

الَّذِي صَوَّمَنِي لِيَأْجُرَنِي وَ فَطَرَنِي عَلَى مَا رَزَقَنِي فَكُلٌّ مِنْ عِنْدِهِ وَ بِمِنَّتِهِ وَ بِحُسْنِ اخْتِيَارِهِ وَ نَظَرِهِ لِعَبِيدِهِ
He made me fast and rewarded me for it, and He fed me with the sustenance He provided for me to break my fast with. This was all from Him due to His Favor due to His Kind Choice and attention to His Servants!

سُبْحَانَهُ سَيِّداً أَخَذَ بِيَدِي مِنَ الْوَرَطَاتِ وَ مَحَّصَ عَنِّي الْخَطِيئَاتِ
Glory be to Him – the Master who took my hand and saved me from the disastrous situations! He wiped off my wrongdoings and took care of my important needs.

وَ كَفَانِي الْمُهِمَّاتِ وَ أَغْنَانِي عَنِ الْمَخْلُوقِينَ وَ لَمْ يَجْعَلْ رِزْقِي إِلَى الْمَرْزُوقِينَ‌
He made us needless of the creatures and did not let my provisions be in the hands of those who are themselves provided for.

َ شَهَرَ ذِكْرِي فِي الْعَالَمِينَ وَ جَعَلَ اسْمِي فِي الْمَذْكُورِينَ وَ لَمْ يُشْقِنِي بِعُجْبٍ يَحُطُّنِي عَنْ دَرَجَاتٍ رَفِيعَةٍ فَيُهْوِي بِي إِلَى ظُلَمِ غَضَبِهِ وَ نِقْمَتِهِ
He made me reputable in the world, and recorded my name amongst those who are mentioned. He did not make me suffer from haughtiness that would lower my rank, and did not make me suffer from the darkness of His Wrath and Chastisements!

وَ لَا أَبْلَانِي بِاسْتِحْلَالٍ يَنْزِعُ عَنِّي مَلَابِسَ رَحْمَتِهِ وَ يُعَوِّضُنِي لِبُؤْسِ الذُّلِّ مِنْ سَخَطِهِ إِيَّاهُ
He did not make me suffer from considering what is forbidden to be legitimate that could strip off the robes of His Mercy from me and wear the robes of His Wrath instead!

أَشْكُرُ وَ لَهُ أَعْبُدُ وَ مِنْهُ أَرْجُو التَّمَامَ وَ الْمَزِيدَ
I thank Him alone and I worship Him only! I have hopes of increase and perfection from Him!

وَ لَا حَوْلَ وَ لَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ الْعَلِيِّ الْعَظِيمِ وَ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ النَّبِيِّ وَ آلِهِ وَ سَلَّمَ تَسْلِيماً.
There is no change nor any strength exept by God – the Sublime, the Supreme and may God bestow blessings on the Prophet Muhammad and his Progeny (as) and may His peace be on them plentifully.”


3.Night Dua- Muhammad ibn Abi Aqdah 24th
The following supplications for this night have been reported on the authority of Muhammad ibn Abi Aqdah – may God have mercy upon him.

يَا فَالِقَ ٱلإِصْبَاحِ
ya faliqa al-isbahi
O Cleaver of the daybreak,

وَجَاعِلَ ٱللَّيْلِ سَكَناً
wa ja`ila allayli sakanan
appointer of the night for stillness

وَٱلشَّمْسَ وَٱلقَمَرَ حُسْبَاناً
walshshamsa walqamara husbanan
and the sun and the moon for reckoning!

يَا عَزِيزُ يَا عَلِيمُ
ya `azizu ya `alimu
O Almighty! O All-knowing!

يَا ذَا ٱلْمَنِّ وَٱلطَّوْلِ
ya dha almanni walttawli
O Lord of favors, munificence,

وَٱلقُوَّةِ وَٱلْحَوْلِ
walquwwati walhawli
power, might,

وَٱلفَضْلِ وَٱلإِنْعَامِ
walfadli wal-in`ami
grace, bestowal,

وَٱلْجَلاَلِ وَٱلإِكْرَامِ
waljalali wal-ikrami
majesty, and honor!

يَا اللَّهُ يَا رَحْمٰنُ
ya allahu ya rahmanu
O Allah! O All-beneficent!

يَا اللَّهُ يَا فَرْدُ يَا وِتْرُ
ya allahu ya fardu ya witru
O Allah! O Single! O Singular!

يَا اللَّهُ يَا ظَاهِرُ يَا بَاطِنُ
ya allahu ya ¨ahiru ya batinu
O Allah! O Evident! O Immanent!

يَا حَيُّ لاَ إِلٰهَ إِلاَّ انْتَ
ya hayyu la ilaha illa anta
O Ever-living! There is no god save You.

لَكَ ٱلاسْمَاءُ ٱلْحُسْنَىٰ
laka al-asma'u alhusna
To You are the Most Excellent Names,

وَٱلامْثَالُ ٱلْعُلْيَا
wal-amthalu al`ulya
the most elevated examples,

وَٱلْكِبْرِيَاءُ وَٱلآلاَءُ
walkibriya’u wal-ala'u
greatness, and bounties.

اسْالُكَ انْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ
as'aluka an tusalliya `ala muhammadin wa ali muhammadin
I beseech You to bless Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad,

وَانْ تَجْعَلَ ٱسْمِي فِي هٰذِهِ ٱللَّيْلَةِ فِي ٱلسُّعَدَاءِ
wa an taj`ala ismi fi hadhihi allaylati fi alssu`ada'i
include my name with the list of the happiest ones,

وَرُوحِي مَعَ ٱلشُّهَدَاءِ
wa ruhi ma`a alshshuhada'i
add my soul to the martyrs,

وَإِحْسَانِي فِي عِلِّيِّينَ
wa ihsani fi `illiyyina
record my good deeds in the most exalted rank,

وَإِسَاءَتِي مَغْفُورَةً
wa isa'ati maghfuratan
decide my offense to be forgiven,

وَانْ تَهَبَ لِي يَقِيناً تُبَاشِرُ بِهِ قَلْبِي
wa an tahaba li yaqinan tubashiru bihi qalbi
grant me certitude that fills in my heart

وَإِيـمَاناً يُذْهِبُ ٱلشَّكَّ عَنِّي
wa imanan yudhhibu alshshakka `anni
and faith that removes doubt from me,

وَتُرْضِيَنِي بِمَا قَسَمْتَ لِي
wa turdiyani bima qasamta li
make me feel satisfied with that which You decide for me,

وَآتِنَا فِي ٱلدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً
wa atina fi alddunya hasanatan
grant us reward in this world

وَفِي ٱلآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً
wa fi al-akhirati hasanatan
and reward in the Hereafter,

وَقِنَا عَذَابَ ٱلنَّارِ ٱلْحَرِيقِ
wa qina `adhaba alnnari alhariqi
save us from the torment of the burning Fire,

وَٱرْزُقْنِي فِيهَا ذِكْرَكَ وَشُكْرَكَ وَٱلرَّغْبَةَ إِلَيْكَ
warzuqni fiha dhikraka wa shukraka walrraghbata ilayka
and confer upon us at this night Your mentioning, thanking You, desiring for You,

وَٱلإِنَابَةَ وَٱلتَّوْفِيقَ لِمَا وَفَّقْتَ لَهُ مُحَمَّداً وَآلَ مُحَمَّدٍ عَلَيْهِ وَعَلَيْهِمُ ٱلسَّلاَمُ
wal-inabata walttawfiqa lima waffaqta lahu muhammadan wa ala muhammadin `alayhi wa `alayhimu alssalamu
turning to You, and success to that to which You led Muhammad and the Household of Muhammad, peace be upon him and them.

Simlar Dua extended version Iqbal
يَا فَالِقَ الْإِصْبَاحِ وَ يَا جَاعِلَ اللَّيْلِ‌ سَكَناً وَ الشَّمْسَ وَ الْقَمَرَ حُسْباناً
“O‟ the Cleaver of the dawn who made the night, the sun and moon for calculation of time.

يَا عَزِيزُ يَا عَلِيمُ يَا ذَا الْمَنِّ وَ الطَّوْلِ وَ الْقُوَّةِ وَ الْحَوْلِ وَ الْفَضْلِ وَ الْإِنْعَامِ وَ الْجَلَالِ وَ الْإِكْرَامِ
O‟ Exalted in Might! O‟ the All-Knowing! O‟ Lord of Favors and Bestowals; Strength and Power, Nobility and Blessings, Majesty, Bounty and Honor!

يَا اللَّهُ يَا رَحْمَانُ يَا اللَّهُ يَا فَرْدُ يَا اللَّهُ يَا وَتْرُ يَا اللَّهُ يَا ظَاهِرُ يَا بَاطِنُ يَا حَيُّ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ
O‟ God! O‟ the Compassionate! O‟ God! O‟ the One! O‟ God! O‟ the Odd! O‟ God! O‟ Outward! O‟ Inward! O‟ the Living! O‟ „There is no God but You‟!

يَا اللَّهُ يَا اللَّهُ يَا اللَّهُ يَا اللَّهُ يَا اللَّهُ يَا اللَّهُ يَا اللَّهُ
O‟ God! O‟ God! O‟ God! O‟ God! O‟ God! O‟ God! O‟ God!

لَكَ الْأَسْمَاءُ الْحُسْنَى وَ الْأَمْثَالُ الْعُلْيَا وَ الْكِبْرِيَاءُ وَ الْآلَاءُ وَ النَّعْمَاءُ
To You belong the most Beautiful Names – the highest examples, the Magnificence, the Favors and the Blessings.

أَسْأَلُكَ بِاسْمِكَ بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ إِنْ كُنْتَ قَضَيْتَ فِي هَذِهِ اللَّيْلَةِ تَنَزُّلَ الْمَلَائِكَةِ وَ الرُّوحِ مِنْ كُلِّ أَمْرٍ حَكِيمٍ
I ask You by Your Name „In the Name of God, Most Compassionate, Most Merciful‟ that if it is destined by You to send down the angels and the Holy Spirit on this night for every affair of wisdom1:

فَصَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَ اجْعَلِ اسْمِي فِي السُّعَدَاءِ وَ رُوحِي مَعَ الشُّهَدَاءِ وَ إِحْسَانِي فِي عِلِّيِّينَ وَ إِسَاءَتِي مَغْفُورَةً وَ أَنْ تَهَبَ لِي يَقِيناً تُبَاشِرُ بِهِ قَلْبِي وَ إِيمَاناً يُذْهِبُ الشَّكَّ [يَذْهَبُ بِالشَّكِ‌] عَنِّي وَ تُرْضِيَنِي [وَ رِضًى‌] بِمَا قَسَمْتَ لِي
Please bestow Your Blessings on Muhammad and his Progeny (as) and place my name in this night amongst the prosperous ones, and my soul amongst the martyrs, let my good deeds be recorded in the Book of the Virtuous, and my evil deeds be forgiven, grant me certitude that gives joy to my heart and grant me faith that removes doubt from me and make me pleased with what You have granted me.

وَ آتِنِي‌ [آتِنا] فِي الدُّنْيا حَسَنَةً وَ فِي الْآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَ قِنِي‌ [قِنا] عَذابَ النَّارِ
Please grant me the good of this world, and the good of the Hereafter, and save me from the torment of the burning Fire.

وَ ارْزُقْنِي يَا رَبِّ فِيهَا ذِكْرَكَ وَ شُكْرَكَ وَ الرَّغْبَةَ وَ الْإِنَابَةَ إِلَيْكَ وَ التَّوْبَةَ وَ التَّوْفِيقَ لِمَا وَفَّقْتَ لَهُ شِيعَةَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ يَا أَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِينَ
O‟ Lord! Please bless me with Your Remembrance and Your gratitude during it: And desire for pleasing You, turning back to You, and repentance, and success in all that You have granted the followers of the Progeny of Muhammad (as). O‟ the Most Compassionate, Most Merciful.

وَ لَا تَفْتِنِّي بِطَلَبِ مَا زَوَيْتَ عَنِّي بِحَوْلِكَ وَ قُوَّتِكَ وَ أَغْنِنِي يَا رَبِّ بِرِزْقٍ مِنْكَ وَاسِعٍ بِحَلَالِكَ عَنْ حَرَامِكَ
O‟ Lord! Please give me affluence with sustenance from You extensive of what You have made lawful and not what You forbade. Do not test me by trying to gain what You are withholding from me with Your Power and Strength.
وَ ارْزُقْنِي الْعِفَّةَ فِي بَطْنِي وَ فَرْجِي
O‟ God! Please bless me with piety both regarding my stomach and my private parts.

وَ فَرِّجْ عَنِّي كُلَّ هَمٍّ وَ غَمٍّ وَ لَا تُشْمِتْ بِي عَدُوِّي
Please relieve me from all my sorrow and sadness. Do not subject me to the enemy‟s ridicule.

وَ وَفِّقْ لِي لَيْلَةَ الْقَدْرِ عَلَى أَفْضَلِ مَا رَآهَا أَحَدٌ وَ وَفِّقْنِي لِمَا وَفَّقْتَ لَهُ مُحَمَّداً وَ آلَ مُحَمَّدٍ عَلَيْهِ وَ عَلَيْهِمْ سَلَامُكَ وَ افْعَلْ بِي كَذَا وَ كَذَا السَّاعَةَ السَّاعَةَ
And on the Night of Destiny give me success better than anyone has seen, and give me success as You gave Muhammad and his Progeny (as) success. Give me peace and do such and such things for me at this very hour.‟ ” (repeat it until you run out of breath)

Additions not in the narration:
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ يَا سَيِّدِي سُؤَالَ مِسْكِينٍ فَقِيرٍ إِلَيْكَ خَائِفٍ مُسْتَجِيرٍ
“O‟ my God! O‟ my Master! I ask You in the position of a poor one in need of You, fearful and seeking protection.

أَسْأَلُكَ يَا سَيِّدِي أَنْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَ أَنْ تُجِيرَنِي مِنْ خِزْيِ الدُّنْيَا وَ مِنْ عَذَابِ الْآخِرَةِ وَ تُضَاعِفَ لِي فِي هَذِهِ اللَّيْلَةِ وَ فِي هَذَا الشَّهْرِ
O‟ my Master! I ask You to bestow Your Blessings on Muhammad and his Progeny (as) and to save me from the humility of this world and the Punishment of the Hereafter and multiply my deeds for me on this night and in this grand month.

الْعَظِيمِ عَمَلِي وَ تَرْحَمَ مَسْكَنَتِي وَ تَتَجَاوَزَ عَمَّا أَحْصَيْتَهُ عَلَيَّ وَ خَفِيَ عَنْ خَلْقِكَ وَ سَتَرْتَهُ عَلَيَّ مَنّاً مِنْكَ
Have mercy on my helplessness. Overlook all the sins recorded against me that are hidden from Your Creatures and You have kept them secret as a Favor to me.

وَ تُسَلِّمَنِي مِنْ شَيْنِهِ وَ فَضِيحَتِهِ وَ عَارِهِ فِي عَاجِلِ الدُّنْيَا فَلَكَ الْحَمْدُ عَلَى ذَلِكَ وَ عَلَى كُلِّ حَالٍ وَ أَسْأَلُكَ يَا رَبِّ أَنْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ
Please save me from its wickedness and disgrace in this world. All praise belongs to You for this and under all conditions. O‟ Lord! I ask You to bestow Your Blessings on Muhammad and his Progeny (as).

وَ تُتِمَّ عَلَيَّ نِعْمَتَكَ بِسَتْرِ ذَلِكَ فِي الْآخِرَةِ وَ تُسَلِّمَنِي مِنْ فَضِيحَتِهِ وَ عَارِهِ بِمَنِّكَ وَ إِحْسَانِكَ يَا أَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِينَ.
Please perfect Your Blessings by covering this in the Hereafter and save me from its disgrace by Your Favor and Kindness. O‟ the Most Compassionate, Most Merciful!”

4.Popular DAY Dua 24th

اللّهُمّ إِنّي أَسْأَلُكَ فِيهِ مَا يُرْضِيكَ،
allahumma inni as’aluka fihi ma yurdika
O Allah; on this day, I beseech You for that which pleases You,

وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِمَّا يُؤْذِيكَ،
wa a`udhu bika mimma yu´dhika
And I seek Your protection against that which hurts You,

وَأَسْأَلُكَ التّوْفِيقَ فِيهِ لأَنْ أُطِيعَكَ وَلا أَعْصِيَكَ،
wa as’aluka alttawfiqa fihi lian a’uti`aka wa la a`siyaka
And I beseech You for leading me to obey You and avoid disobeying You,

يَا جَوَادَ السَّائِلِينَ.
ya jawada alssa’ilina
O He Who treats the beseechers magnanimously.

5.Day Dua II- Iqbal Aamal-24th

سُبْحَانَ الَّذِي‌ يَعْلَمُ ما تَحْمِلُ كُلُّ أُنْثى‌ وَ ما تَغِيضُ الْأَرْحامُ وَ ما تَزْدادُ وَ كُلُّ شَيْ‌ءٍ عِنْدَهُ بِمِقْدارٍ
“Glory be to Him who knows what every female bears and what the wombs push off and what they grow. Everything with Him is measured.

عالِمُ الْغَيْبِ وَ الشَّهادَةِالْكَبِيرُ الْمُتَعالِ
He is the Knower of all that is hidden and open – the Great, the Exalted.

سَواءٌ مِنْكُمْ مَنْ أَسَرَّ الْقَوْلَ وَ مَنْ جَهَرَ بِهِ وَ مَنْ هُوَ مُسْتَخْفٍ بِاللَّيْلِ وَ سارِبٌ بِالنَّهارِ
Those who hide the words and those who make it known, those who lurk in the night and those who go freely in the daytime are equal to Him.

يُمِيتُ الْأَحْيَاءَ وَ يُحْيِ الْمَوْتى‌ [الْأَمْوَاتَ‌] وَ يَعْلَمُ‌ ما تَنْقُصُ الْأَرْضُ مِنْهُمْ‌ وَ يُقِرُّ فِي الْأَرْحَامِ مَا يَشَاءُ إِلى‌ أَجَلٍ مُسَمًّى
Glory be to God who causes to die what is living, and gives life to what is dead. He knows that which the earth consumes of them, and causes what He Wills, to remain in the wombs for an appointed time.

سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ بَارِئِ النَّسَمِ
Glory be to God, the Creator of the breath of life!

سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ الْمُصَوِّرِ
Glory be to God, the Bestower of Forms!

سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ خَالِقِ الْأَزْوَاجِ كُلِّهَا
Glory be to God who created all the pairs, male and female!

سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ جَاعِلِ الظُّلُمَاتِ وَ النُّورِ
Glory be to God who fixed the darkness and light!

سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ فَالِقِ الْحَبِّ وَ النَّوَى
Glory be to God who splits grains and seeds!

سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ خَالِقِ كُلِّ شَيْ‌ءٍ
Glory be to God, the Creator of all things!

سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ خَالِقِ مَا يُرَى وَ مَا لَا يُرَى
Glory be to God, the Creator of the seen and the unseen!

سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ مِدَادَ كَلِمَاتِهِ‌
Glory be to God to the Extent of His Words!

Say three times.
سُبْحانَ اللَّهِ رَبِّ الْعالَمِينَ‌
Glory be to God, the Lord of the worlds!”

6.Syed Ibn Baqi Dua- Iqbal Aamal 24
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ يَا مَنْ‌ لَهُ الْحَمْدُ فِي الْأُولى‌ وَ الْآخِرَةِ
O Allah, I ask You, O You whose praise is declared in the beginning and the end,

وَ لَهُ الْحُكْمُ‌ وَ إِلَيْهِ يُرْجَعُ الْأَمْرُ كُلُّهُ‌
to whom belongs judgment, and to whom all affairs are returned.

يَا مَنْ هُوَ أَعْلَمُ‌ بِما فِي صُدُورِ الْعالَمِينَ‌
O You who are most knowledgeable of the hearts of all beings.

يَا مَنْ‌ يَبْدَؤُا الْخَلْقَ ثُمَّ يُعِيدُهُ وَ هُوَ أَهْوَنُ عَلَيْهِ
O You who initiate creation and then repeat it, and it is easier for You,

وَ لَهُ الْمَثَلُ الْأَعْلى‌ فِي السَّماواتِ وَ الْأَرْضِ
and for You is the highest example in the heavens and the earth.

وَ هُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ‌
And He is the Might, the Wise.

يَا مَنْ‌ أَحْسَنَ كُلَّ شَيْ‌ءٍ خَلَقَهُ
O You who perfected everything You created

وَ بَدَأَ خَلْقَ الْإِنْسانِ مِنْ طِينٍ‌
and began the creation of man from clay.

يَا مَنْ هُوَ الْحَقُ‌ وَ هُوَ يَهْدِي السَّبِيلَ‌
O You who are the Truth and guide to the path.

يَا مَنْ رَدَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا بِغَيْظِهِمْ لَمْ يَنالُوا خَيْراً
O You who repelled those who disbelieved in their rage, not achieving any good

وَ كَفَى اللَّهُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ الْقِتالَ
and Allah sufficed the believers in battle,

وَ كانَ اللَّهُ قَوِيًّا عَزِيزاً
for Allah is Strong, Almighty.

يَا مَنْ يَعْلَمُ مَا فِي الْأَرْضِ‌ وَ ما يَخْرُجُ مِنْها
O You who know what is on the earth and what comes out of it,

وَ ما يَنْزِلُ مِنَ السَّماءِ وَ ما يَعْرُجُ فِيها
what descends from the sky, and what ascends in it,

وَ هُوَ الْغَفُورُ الرَّحِيمُ
and You are the Forgiving, the Merciful.

أَسْأَلُكَ بِمَا أَوْجَبْتَ عَلَى نَفْسِكَ لِمَنْ سَأَلَكَ
I ask You, by what You have obligated upon Yourself for those who ask of You,

وَ بِأَسْمَائِكَ كُلِّهَا وَ بِمَا نَاجَيْتُكَ بِهِ فِي يَوْمِي هَذَا
and by all Your names, and by what I have confided in You today,

أَنْ تُثَبِّتَنِي حَتَّى لَا أَزُولَ [أَزِلَ‌]
to make me steadfast so I do not falter,

وَ أَنْ تَهْدِيَنِي‌ حَتَّى لَا أَضِلَّ
to guide me so I do not go astray,

وَ أَنْ تَمْنَعَنِي أَنْ أَجْهَلَ أَوْ يُجْهَلَ عَلَيَّ
to prevent me from acting ignorantly or being treated with ignorance,

وَ أَنْ أُشَايِعَ فِي سَفْكِ دَمٍ
not to involve me in the shedding of blood unjustly,

وَ لَا تُقَوِّينِي عَلَى ظُلْمِ أَحَدٍ
not to empower me to oppress anyone,

وَ لَا تَجْعَلْنِي مِنَ الْقَوْمِ الظَّالِمِينَ
not to make me among the wrongdoers,

وَ لَا تَجْعَلْنِي أُوَالِي لَكَ عَدُوّاً أَوْ أُعَادِي
not to make me ally to Your enemy or oppose Your ally,

لَكَ وَلِيّاً أَوْ أَرْضَى لَكَ بِسَخَطٍ أَوْ أَسْخَطُكَ بِرِضًى
not to make me content with Your displeasure or displease You with what pleases me,

أَوْ أُقْصِي لَكَ طَالِباً أَوْ أُجِيبُ دَاعِياً إِلَى ضَلَالَةٍ
not to reject any of Your seekers or answer any caller to misguidance,

أَوْ أُكَذِّبُ دَاعِياً إِلَى حَقٍّ أَوْ أَجْحَدُ بِآ
not to deny Your signs or to incur Your wrath,

يَاتِكَ أَوْ يَحُلُّ بِي سَخَطُكَ أَوْ أَتَّبِعُ هَوَايَ بِغَيْرِ هُدًى
not to follow my desires without guidance from You,

مِنْكَ أَوْ أَقُولُ‌ لِلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا هؤُلاءِ أَهْدى‌ مِنَ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا سَبِيلًا
not to say to those who disbelieve that they are more guided than those who believe.

وَ أَسْأَلُكَ يَا رَبِّ أَنْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِهِ الْأَخْيَارِ
I ask You, O Lord, to send blessings upon Muhammad and his virtuous family,

وَ تُحَرِّمَ جَسَدِي عَلَى النَّارِ
to forbid my body to the fire,

وَ تَجْعَلَنِي يَا رَبِّ مِنَ الْأَبْرَارِ
to make me, O Lord, among the righteous.

إِنَّكَ رَؤُفٌ رَحِيمٌ‌
Indeed, You are Merciful and Compassionate,

بِرَحْمَتِكَ يَا أَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِينَ‌
by Your mercy, O Most Merciful of the merciful.

إِنَّكَ عَلى‌ كُلِّ شَيْ‌ءٍ قَدِيرٌ
Indeed, You are capable of all things,

وَ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَى سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِهِ الطَّاهِرِينَ.
and may Allah send blessings upon our master Muhammad and his pure family.

7.Imam Zainul Abideen (as) Dua- Iqbal Aamal 24nd
يَا فَالِقَ الْإِصْبَاحِ وَ يَا جَاعِلَ اللَّيْلِ سَكَناً وَ الشَّمْسَ وَ الْقَمَرَ حُسْباناً
يَا عَزِيزُ يَا ذَا الطَّوْلِ وَ الْمَنِّ وَ الْقُوَّةِ وَ الْحَوْلِ وَ الْفَضْلِ وَ الْإِنْعَامِ وَ الْجَلَالِ وَ الْإِكْرَامِ
يَا اللَّهُ يَا رَحْمَانُ يَا فَرْدُ يَا مُؤْمِنُ يَا مُهَيْمِنُ
يَا اللَّهُ يَا ظَاهِرُ يَا اللَّهُ يَا بَاطِنُ يَا اللَّهُ يَا حَيُّ
يَا لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ يَا اللَّهُ يَا اللَّهُ يَا اللَّهُ لَكَ
الْأَسْمَاءُ الْحُسْنَى وَ الْأَمْثَالُ الْعُلْيَا وَ الْكِبْرِيَاءُ وَ الْآلَاءُ
أَسْأَلُكَ أَنْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَ أَلَّا تَجْعَلَنِي مِمَّنْ إِذَا صَحَّ أَمِنَ وَ إِذَا سَقِمَ خَافَ وَ إِذَا اسْتَغْنَى فُتِنَ وَ إِذَا افْتَقَرَ خَافَ وَ إِذَا مَرِضَ تَابَ وَ إِذَا عُوفِيَ عَادَ
وَ لَا مِمَّنْ يُحِبُّ الصَّالِحِينَ وَ لَا يَعْمَلُ عَمَلَهُمْ وَ يُبْغِضُ الْمُسِيئِينَ وَ هُوَ أَحَدُهُمْ
وَ يُظْهِرُ السَّيِّئَةَ مِنْ أَخِيهِ وَ يَكْتُمُهَا مِنْ نَفْسِهِ وَ لَا يَعْنِيهِ رَغْبَتُهُ عَلَى الْعَمَلِ
وَ لَا يَمْنَعُهُ رَهْبَتُهُ عَنِ الْكَسَلِ
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الْهُدَى وَ التَّقْوَى وَ السَّعَةَ وَ الْعَافِيَةَ وَ الْغِنَى
عَمَّا حَرَّمْتَ عَلَيَّ وَ الْعَمَلَ فِي طَاعَتِكَ فِيمَا تُحِبُّ وَ تَرْضَى
رَبِّ اصْرِفْ وَجْهِي عَنِ النَّارِ وَ اصْرِفِ النَّارَ عَنْ وَجْهِي
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ يَا اللَّهُ يَا وَاحِدُ يَا أَحَدُ يَا صَمَدُ يَا مَنْ‌ لَمْ يَلِدْ وَ لَمْ يُولَدْ وَ لَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ كُفُواً أَحَدٌ
يَا ذَا الْجَلَالِ وَ الْإِكْرَامِ يَا قَاضِيَ الْحَاجَاتِ يَا مُنَفِّسَ الْكُرُبَاتِ يَا
وَلِيَّ الرَّغَبَاتِ يَا مُعْطِيَ السُّؤْلَاتِ
يَا كَافِيَ الْمُهِمَّاتِ اكْفِنِي مَا أَهَمَّنِي وَ اقْضِ دَيْنِي وَ طَهِّرْ قَلْبِي وَ زَكِّ عَمَلِي
وَ اكْتُبْ لِي بَرَاءَةً مِنَ النَّارِ وَ أَمَاناً مِنَ الْعَذَابِ
وَ جَوَازاً عَلَى الصِّرَاطِ وَ نَصِيباً مِنَ الْجَنَّةِ وَ أَدْخِلْنِي مُدْخَلَ صِدْقٍ‌
وَ ارْزُقْنِي مُرَافَقَةَ مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ فِي جَنَّاتِ الْخُلْدِ وَ سُرُورَ الْأَبَدِ فِي دَارِ الْمُرُوءَةِ بِمَنِّكَ وَ فَضْلِكَ يَا ذَا الْجَلَالِ وَ الْإِكْرَامِ
اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَ اسْتَجِبْ لِي دُعَائِي وَ ارْحَمْ تَضَرُّعِي وَ شَكْوَايَ‌ وَ لَا تَقْطَعْ مِنْكَ رَجَائِي
يَا غِيَاثَ الْمُسْتَغِيثِينَ أَغِثْنِي وَ يَا جَارَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ أَجِرْنِي وَ يَا عَوْنَ الصَّالِحِينَ أَعِنِّي
يَا حَبِيبَ التَّائِبِينَ تُبْ عَلَيَّ
يَا رَازِقَ الْمُقِلِّينَ ارْزُقْنِي
يَا مُفَرِّجاً عَنِ الْمَكْرُوبِينَ فَرِّجْ عَنِّي
يَا ذَا الْقُوَّةِ الْمَتِينَ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ
وَ ثَبِّتْ قَلْبِي عَلَى دِينِكَ وَ طَاعَتِكَ حَتَّى أَلْقَاكَ
وَ أَنْتَ عَنِّي رَاضٍ غَيْرُ غَضْبَانَ إِنَّكَ ذُو مَنٍّ وَ غُفْرَانٍ [ذُو الْمَنِّ وَ الْغُفْرَانِ‌]
رَبَّنا آتِنا فِي الدُّنْيا حَسَنَةً وَ فِي الْآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَ قِنا عَذابَ النَّارِ
بِرَحْمَتِكَ يَا أَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِينَ وَ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَى سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ النَّبِيِّ وَ آلِهِ وَ سَلَّمَ.
