دعاء آخر في اليوم الثالث عشر من مجموعة مولانا زين العابدين ص
اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّ الظَّلَمَةَ جَحَدُوا آيَاتِكَ وَ كَفَرُوا بِكِتَابِكَ Allahumma inna al-zalimata jahadu ayatika wa kafaru bikitabika
O Allah, the oppressors denied Your signs and disbelieved in Your Book.
وَ كَذَّبُوا رُسُلَكَ وَ اسْتَنْكَفُوا عَنْ عِبَادَتِكَ Wa kadhabu rusulaka wa istankafu 'an 'ibadatika
And they denied Your messengers and refused to worship You.
وَ رَغِبُوا عَنْ مِلَّةِ خَلِيلِكَ وَ بَدَّلُوا مَا جَاءَ بِهِ رَسُولُكَ Wa raghibu 'an millati khalilika wa baddalu ma ja'a bihi rasuluka
They turned away from the creed of Your close friend and altered what Your messenger brought.
وَ شَرَّعُوا غَيْرَ دِينِكَ وَ اقْتَدَوْا بِغَيْرِ هُدَاكَ Wa sharra'u ghayra dinika wa iqtadau bighayri hudaka
And they legislated other than Your religion and followed other than Your guidance.
وَ اسْتَنُّوا بِغَيْرِ سُنَّتِكَ وَ تَعَدَّوْا حُدُودَكَ Wa istannu bighayri sunnatika wa ta'addaw hududaka
And they adopted laws other than Your tradition and transgressed Your limits.
وَ سَعَوْا مُعَاجِزِينَ فِي آيَاتِكَ وَ تَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى إِطْفَاءِ نُورِكَ Wa sa'aw mu'ajizina fi ayatika wa ta'awanu 'ala itfa'i nurika
And they strove to challenge Your signs and cooperated to extinguish Your light.
وَ صَدُّوا عَنْ سَبِيلِكَ وَ كَفَرُوا نَعْمَاءَكَ Wa saddu 'an sabilika wa kafaru ni'ma'aka
And they obstructed Your path and rejected Your blessings.
وَ شَاقُّوا وُلَاةَ أَمْرِكَ وَ وَالَوْا أَعْدَاءَكَ Wa shaqqu wulata amrika wa walaw a'da'aka
And they opposed the guardians of Your command and allied with Your enemies.
وَ عَادَوْا أَوْلِيَاءَكَ وَ عَرَفُوا ثُمَّ أَنْكَرُوا نِعْمَتَكَ Wa 'adawu awliyaka wa 'arafu thumma ankaru ni'mataka
And they were hostile to Your allies and recognized, then denied, Your blessings.
وَ لَمْ يَذْكُرُوا آلَاءَكَ وَ أَمِنُوا مَكْرَكَ Wa lam yadhkuru ala'aka wa aminu makraka
And they did not remember Your favors and felt secure from Your plan.
وَ قَسَتْ قُلُوبُهُمْ عَنْ ذِكْرِكَ وَ اسْتَحَلُّوا حَرَامَكَ Wa qasat qulubuhum 'an dhikrika wa istahallu haramaka
And their hearts hardened against Your remembrance, and they deemed Your forbidden matters lawful.
وَ حَرَّمُوا حَلَالَكَ وَ اجْتَرَءُوا عَلَى مَعْصِيَتِكَ Wa harramu halalaka wa ijtara'u 'ala ma'siyatika
And they prohibited what You made lawful and dared to disobey You.
وَ لَمْ يَخَافُوا مَقْتَكَ وَ نَسُوا نَقِمَتَكَ Wa lam yakhafu maqtaka wa nasu niqmataka
And they did not fear Your wrath and forgot Your punishment.
وَ لَمْ يَحْذَرُوا بَأْسَكَ وَ اغْتَرُّوا بِنِعْمَتِكَ Wa lam yahdharu ba'saka wa ightarru bini'matika
And they did not beware of Your might and were deceived by Your blessings.
اللَّهُمَّ فَاصْبُبْ [فَانْتَقِمْ] مِنْهُمْ وَ اصْبُبْ عَلَيْهِمْ عَذَابَكَ Allahumma fasubba [fa-intaqim] minhum wa subba 'alayhim 'adhabaka
O Allah, pour [and take revenge] upon them and pour Your punishment upon them.
وَ اسْتَأْصِلْ شَأْفَتَهُمْ وَ اقْطَعْ دَابِرَهُمْ Wa ista’sil sha’fatahum wa iqta’ dābirahum
And uproot them completely and cut off their lineage.
وَ ضَعْ عِزَّهُمْ وَ جَبَرُوتَهُمْ وَ انْزِعْ أَوْتَارَهُمْ Wa da’ ‘izzahum wa jabarūtahum wa anz’i awtārahum
And weaken their might and tyranny, and strip them of their strength.
وَ زَلْزِلْ أَقْدَامَهُمْ وَ أَرْعِبْ قُلُوبَهُمْ Wa zalzil aqdamahum wa ar’b qulubahum
And shake their footing and strike fear into their hearts.
اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّهُمُ اتَّخَذُوا دِينَكَ دَغَلًا وَ مَالَكَ دُوَلًا وَ عِبَادَكَ خَوَلًا Allahumma innahum ittakhadhu dinaka daghalan wa malaka duwalan wa ‘ibadaka khawalan
O Allah, they have taken Your religion as a deception, Your wealth as a privilege, and Your servants as slaves.
اللَّهُمَّ اكْفُفْهُمْ بَأْسَهُمْ وَ افْلُلْ حَدَّهُمْ وَ أَوْهِنْ كَيْدَهُمْ Allahumma ikfuf'hum ba’sahum wa aflul haddahum wa awhin kaydahum
O Allah, restrain their aggression, blunt their edge, and weaken their plotting.
وَ أَشْمِتْ عَدُوَّهُمْ وَ اشْفِ صُدُورَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ Wa ashmit ‘aduwahum wa ishfi sudūra al-mu’minīn
And make their enemies rejoice over them and heal the hearts of the believers.
اللَّهُمَّ افْتُتْ أَعْضَادَهُمْ وَ اقْهَرْ جَبَابِرَتَهُمْ Allahumma iftut a’dadahum wa aqhar jabābiratahum
O Allah, break their support and overpower their tyrants.
وَ اجْعَلِ الدَّائِرَةَ عَلَيْهِمْ وَ اقْضُضْ بُنْيَانَهُمْ Wa aj’al al-da’irata ‘alayhim wa iqdud bunyanahum
And turn the cycle against them and demolish their structures.
وَ خَالِفْ بَيْنَ كَلِمَتِهِمْ وَ فَرِّقْ جَمْعَهُمْ Wa khalif bayna kalimatihim wa farriq jam’ahum
And create discord among them and scatter their unity.
وَ شَتِّتْ أَمْرَهُمْ وَ اجْعَلْ بَأْسَهُمْ بَيْنَهُمْ Wa shattit amrahum wa aj’al ba’sahum baynahum
And disperse their affairs and turn their aggression against each other.
وَ ابْعَثْ عَلَيْهِمْ عَذَاباً مِنْ فَوْقِهِمْ وَ مِنْ تَحْتِ أَرْجُلِهِمْ Wa ab’ath ‘alayhim ‘adhaban min fawqihim wa min tahti arjulihim
And send upon them a punishment from above them and from beneath their feet.
وَ اسْفِكْ بِأَيْدِي الْمُؤْمِنِينَ دِمَاءَهُمْ Wa isfik bi-aydi al-mu’minīn dima’ahum
And let the believers spill their blood.
وَ أَوْرِثِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ أَرْضَهُمْ وَ دِيارَهُمْ وَ أَمْوالَهُمْ Wa awrith al-mu’minīn ardahum wa diyārahum wa amwālahum
And grant the believers their land, homes, and wealth as inheritance.
اللَّهُمَّ أَضِلَّ أَعْمَالَهُمْ وَ اقْطَعْ رَجَاءَهُمْ Allahumma adhill a’mālahum wa iqta’ rajā’ahum
O Allah, nullify their deeds and cut off their hopes.
وَ أَدْحِضْ حُجَّتَهُمْ وَ اسْتَدْرِجْهُمْ مِنْ حَيْثُ لا يَعْلَمُونَ Wa adh’idh hujjatahum wa istadrijhum min haythu la ya’lamūn
And invalidate their arguments and lead them to ruin from where they do not expect.
وَ ائْتِهِمْ بِالْعَذَابِ مِنْ حَيْثُ لا يَشْعُرُونَ Wa i’tihim bil-‘adhabi min haythu la yash’urūn
And bring upon them torment from where they do not perceive.
وَ أَنْزِلْ بِسَاحَتِهِمْ مَا يَحْذَرُونَ Wa anzil bisahatihim ma yahdharūn
And send upon them what they fear most.
وَ حَاسِبْهُمْ حِساباً شَدِيداً وَ عَذِّبْهُمْ عَذاباً نُكْراً Wa hasibhum hisāban shadīdan wa ‘adhdhibhum ‘adhaban nukrā
And hold them to a severe reckoning and punish them with a grievous torment.
وَ اجْعَلْ عَاقِبَةَ أَمْرِهِمْ خُسْراً Wa aj’al ‘āqibata amrihim khusrā
And make the outcome of their affairs a great loss.
اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّهُمُ اشْتَرَوْا بِآيَاتِكَ ثَمَناً قَلِيلًا وَ عَتَوْا عُتُوًّا كَبِيراً Allahumma innahum ishtaraw bi-āyatika thamanan qalīlan wa ‘ataw ‘utuwan kabīran
O Allah, they have traded Your signs for a paltry price and behaved with extreme arrogance.
اللَّهُمَّ فَخُذْهُمْ أَخْذاً وَبِيلًا وَ دَمِّرْهُمْ تَدْمِيراً Allahumma fakhudh'hum akhdhan wabīlan wa dammirhum tadmīran
O Allah, seize them with a relentless grip and utterly destroy them.
وَ تَبِّرْهُمْ تَتْبِيراً وَ لَا تَجْعَلْ لَهُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ نَاصِراً Wa tabbīrhum tatbīran wa la taj’al lahum fi al-ardi nasiran
And annihilate them completely, and leave them with no helper on earth.
وَ لَا فِي السَّمَاءِ عَاذِراً وَ الْعَنْهُمْ لَعْناً كَبِيراً Wa la fi al-sama’i ‘adhiran wa al’an'hum la’nan kabīran
And no intercessor in the heavens, and curse them with a mighty curse.
اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّهُمْ أَضاعُوا الصَّلاةَ وَ اتَّبَعُوا الشَّهَواتِ وَ عَمِلُوا السَّيِّئاتِ Allahumma innahum adā’ū al-salāta wa ittaba’ū al-shahawāt wa ‘amilū al-sayyi’āt
O Allah, they have neglected the prayer, followed their desires, and committed evil deeds.
اللَّهُمَّ فَخُذْهُمْ بِالْبَلِيَّاتِ وَ احْلُلْ بِهِمُ الْوَيْلَاتِ Allahumma fakhudh'hum bil-baliyāt wa ahlil bihimu al-waylāt
O Allah, seize them with trials and bring upon them calamities.
وَ أَرِهِمُ الْحَسَرَاتِ يَا اللَّهُ إِلَهَ الْأَرَضِينَ وَ السَّمَاوَاتِ Wa arihim al-hasarāt, ya Allah, ilāha al-aradīn wa al-samāwāt
And show them regret, O Allah, Lord of the heavens and the earth.
اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ Allahumma salli ‘ala Muhammad wa āli Muhammad
O Allah, send Your blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad.
وَ ارْحَمْنَا بِرَحْمَتِكَ يَا أَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِينَ Wa arhamnā bi-rahmatika ya arham al-rāhimīn
And have mercy upon us with Your mercy, O Most Merciful of the merciful.
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَدِينُكَ يَا رَبِّ بِطَاعَتِكَ Allahumma inni adīnuka ya Rabb bi-tā’atika
O Allah, I submit to You, O Lord, in obedience to You.
وَ لَا نُنْكِرُ وَلَايَةَ مُحَمَّدٍ رَسُولِكَ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ عَلَى أَهْلِ بَيْتِهِ Wa la nunkiru walāyata Muhammadin rasūlika sallallāhu ‘alayhi wa ‘ala ahli baytihi
And we do not deny the authority of Muhammad, Your Messenger, peace be upon him and his family.
وَ وَلَايَةَ أَمِيرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ Wa walāyata Amīr al-Mu’minīn ‘Aliyy ibn Abi Tālib ‘alayhi al-salām
And the authority of the Commander of the Faithful, Ali ibn Abi Talib, peace be upon him.
وَ وَلَايَةَ الْحَسَنِ وَ الْحُسَيْنِ عَلَيْهِمَا السَّلَامُ سِبْطَيْ نَبِيِّكَ وَ وَلَدَيْ رَسُولِكَ Wa walāyata al-Hasani wa al-Husayn ‘alayhimā al-salām, sibṭay nabiyyika wa waladay rasūlika
And the authority of Hasan and Husayn, peace be upon them, the grandsons of Your Prophet and sons of Your Messenger.
وَ وَلَايَةَ الطَّاهِرِينَ الْمَعْصُومِينَ مِنْ ذُرِّيَّةِ الْحُسَيْنِ Wa walāyata al-ṭāhirīn al-ma’sūmīn min dhurriyyati al-Husayn
And the authority of the purified, infallible ones from the lineage of Husayn.
عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ وَ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ وَ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ ‘Aliyy ibn al-Husayn wa Muhammad ibn ‘Aliyy wa Ja’far ibn Muhammad
Ali ibn Husayn, Muhammad ibn Ali, and Ja’far ibn Muhammad.
وَ مُوسَى بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ وَ عَلِيِّ بْنِ مُوسَى وَ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ Wa Mūsā ibn Ja’far wa ‘Aliyy ibn Mūsā wa Muhammad ibn ‘Aliyy
Musa ibn Ja’far, Ali ibn Musa, and Muhammad ibn Ali.
وَ عَلِيِّ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ سَلَامُ اللَّهِ وَ بَرَكَاتُهُ عَلَيْهِمْ أَجْمَعِينَ Wa ‘Aliyy ibn Muhammad wa al-Hasan ibn ‘Aliyy, salāmu Allāhi wa barakātuhu ‘alayhim ajma’īn
Ali ibn Muhammad and Hasan ibn Ali, may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon them all.
وَ وَلَايَةَ الْقَائِمِ السَّابِقِ مِنْهُمْ بِالْخَيْرَاتِ الْمُفْتَرَضِ الطَّاعَةِ صَاحِبِ الزَّمَانِ سَلَامُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ Wa walāyata al-qā’imi al-sābiqi minhum bil-khayrāti al-muftaradi al-tā’ati, Ṣāḥibi al-Zamān, salāmu Allāhi ‘alayh
And the authority of the Awaited One among them, the bringer of good, whose obedience is obligatory, the Master of the Age, peace be upon him.
أَدِينُكَ يَا رَبِّ بِطَاعَتِهِمْ وَ وَلَايَتِهِمْ وَ التَّسْلِيمِ لِفَرْضِهِمْ Adīnuka ya Rabb bi-tā’atihim wa walāyatihim wa al-taslīmi lifarḍihim
O Lord, I submit to You through obedience to them, their authority, and acceptance of their commands.
رَاضِياً غَيْرَ مُنْكِرٍ وَ لَا مُسْتَكْبِرٍ وَ لَا مُسْتَنْكِفٍ Rāḍiyan ghayra munkirin wa lā mustakbirin wa lā mustankifin
With full acceptance, neither denying, nor arrogant, nor rejecting.
عَلَى مَعْنَى مَا أَنْزَلْتَ فِي كِتَابِكَ ‘Alā ma’nā mā anzalta fī kitābik
According to what You have revealed in Your Book.
عَلَى مَوْجُودِ مَا أَتَانَا فِيهِ رَاضِياً مَا رَضِيتَ بِهِ ‘Alā mawjūdi mā atānā fīhi, rāḍiyan mā raḍīta bihi
In accordance with what has reached us, accepting that which You have approved.
مُسْلِماً مُقِرّاً بِذَلِكَ يَا رَبِّ رَاهِباً لَكَ رَاغِباً فِيمَا لَدَيْكَ Musliman muqirran bidhālika, ya Rabb, rāhiban laka rāghiban fīmā ladayk
Submitting and affirming this, O Lord, in awe of You and longing for what You have.
اللَّهُمَّ ادْفَعْ عَنْ وَلِيِّكَ وَ ابْنِ نَبِيِّكَ وَ خَلِيفَتِكَ وَ حُجَّتِكَ عَلَى خَلْقِكَ وَ الشَّاهِدِ عَلَى عِبَادِكَ Allāhumma idfaʿ ʿan walīyyika wa ibni nabiyyika wa khalīfatika wa ḥujjatika ʿalā khalqika wa ash-shāhidi ʿalā ʿibādika.
O Allah, protect Your guardian, the son of Your Prophet, Your Caliph, and Your proof over Your creation, the witness over Your servants.
الْمُجَاهِدِ الْمُجْتَهِدِ فِي طَاعَتِكَ وَ وَلِيِّكَ وَ أَمِينِكَ فِي أَرْضِكَ Al-mujāhidi al-mujtahidi fī ṭāʿatika wa walīyyika wa amīnika fī arḍika.
The one who strives and exerts effort in Your obedience, Your chosen one, and Your trusted representative on Your earth.
وَ أَعِذْهُ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا خَلَقْتَ وَ بَرَأْتَ Wa aʿidh’hu min sharri mā khalaqta wa bara’ta.
Grant him refuge from the evil of what You have created and brought forth.
وَ اجْعَلْهُ فِي وَدَائِعِكَ الَّتِي لَا يَضِيعُ مَنْ كَانَ فِيهَا وَ فِي جِوَارِكَ الَّذِي لَا يَقْهَرُ Wa ajʿal’hu fī wadā’iʿika allātī lā yaḍīʿu man kāna fīhā wa fī jiwārika alladhī lā yuq’har.
Place him within Your protection, where none is lost who resides therein, and within Your care, where none can be overcome.
وَ آمِنْهُ بِأَمَانِكَ وَ اجْعَلْهُ فِي كَنَفِكَ وَ انْصُرْهُ بِنَصْرِكَ الْعَزِيزِ يَا اللَّهُ إِلَهَ الْعَالَمِينَ Wa āmin’hu bi-amānika wa ajʿal’hu fī kanafika wa anṣur’hu binaṣrika al-ʿazīz yā Allāhu ilāha al-ʿālamīn.
Grant him safety with Your security, shelter him in Your care, and grant him victory with Your mighty support, O Allah, Lord of the worlds.
اللَّهُمَّ اعْصِمْهُ بِالسَّكِينَةِ وَ أَلْبِسْهُ دِرْعَكَ الْحَصِينَةَ Allāhumma aʿṣim’hu bis-sakīnah wa albis’hu dirʿaka al-ḥaṣīnah.
O Allah, protect him with tranquility, and clothe him with Your impenetrable armor.
وَ أَعِنْهُ وَ انْصُرْهُ بِنَصْرِكَ الْعَزِيزِ نَصْراً عَزِيزاً Wa aʿin’hu wa anṣur’hu binaṣrika al-ʿazīz naṣran ʿazīzan.
Aid him and grant him victory with Your noble support, a mighty triumph.
وَ افْتَحْ لَهُ فَتْحاً يَسِيراً وَ اجْعَلْ لَهُ مِنْ لَدُنْكَ سُلْطاناً نَصِيراً Wa iftaḥ lahu fatḥan yasīran wa ajʿal lahu min ladunka sulṭānan naṣīran.
Grant him an easy and decisive conquest, and bestow upon him from Your presence a powerful authority.
اللَّهُمَّ وَالِ مَنْ وَالاهُ وَ عَادِ مَنْ عَادَاهُ Allāhumma wāli man wālāhu wa ʿādi man ʿādāhu.
O Allah, befriend those who befriend him, and oppose those who oppose him.
وَ انْصُرْ مَنْ نَصَرَهُ وَ اخْذُلْ مَنْ خَذَلَهُ Wa anṣur man naṣarahu wa ikh’dhul man khadhalahu.
Support those who support him, and abandon those who forsake him.
آمِين يَا رَبَّ الْعَالَمِينَ Āmīn yā Rabb al-ʿālamīn.
Ameen, O Lord of the worlds!
اللَّهُمَّ اعْصِمْهُ بِالسَّكِينَةِ وَ أَلْبِسْهُ دِرْعَكَ الْحَصِينَةَ Allāhumma aʿṣim’hu bis-sakīnah wa albis’hu dirʿaka al-ḥaṣīnah.
O Allah, protect him with tranquility and clothe him in Your impenetrable armor.
وَ أَعِنْهُ وَ انْصُرْهُ بِنَصْرِكَ الْعَزِيزِ نَصْراً عَزِيزاً Wa aʿin’hu wa anṣur’hu binaṣrika al-ʿazīz naṣran ʿazīzan.
Help him and grant him a mighty victory through Your noble support.
وَ افْتَحْ لَهُ فَتْحاً يَسِيراً Wa iftaḥ lahu fatḥan yasīran.
Grant him an easy and decisive triumph.
وَ اجْعَلْ لَهُ مِنْ لَدُنْكَ سُلْطاناً نَصِيراً Wa ajʿal lahu min ladunka sulṭānan naṣīran.
Bestow upon him from Your presence a strong and supportive authority.
اللَّهُمَّ وَالِ مَنْ وَالاهُ وَ عَادِ مَنْ عَادَاهُ Allāhumma wāli man wālāhu wa ʿādi man ʿādāhu.
O Allah, befriend those who befriend him and oppose those who oppose him.
وَ انْصُرْ مَنْ نَصَرَهُ وَ اخْذُلْ مَنْ خَذَلَهُ Wa anṣur man naṣarahu wa ikh’dhul man khadhalahu.
Support those who support him and forsake those who forsake him.
اللَّهُمَّ اشْعَبْ بِهِ صَدْعَنَا وَ ارْتُقْ بِهِ فَتْقَنَا Allāhumma ashʿab bihi ṣadʿanā wa irtuq bihi fatqanā.
O Allah, mend our fractures through him and close our gaps through him.
وَ الْمُمْ بِهِ شَعْثَنَا وَ كَثِّرْ بِهِ قِلَّتَنَا Wa almm bihi shaʿthanā wa kaththir bihi qillatanā.
Unite our scattered state through him and increase our small numbers through him.
وَ أَعْزِزْ بِهِ ذِلَّتَنَا وَ اقْضِ بِهِ عَنْ مُغْرَمِنَا Wa aʿizz bihi dhillatanā wa iqḍi bihi ʿan mughraminā.
Strengthen us in our weakness through him and relieve our debts through him.
وَ اجْبُرْ بِهِ فَقْرَنَا وَ سُدَّ بِهِ خَلَّتَنَا Wa ajbur bihi faqrana wa sudd bihi khallatanā.
Compensate our poverty through him and fill our needs through him.
وَ أَعْزِزْ [أَغْنِ] بِهِ فَاقَتَنَا وَ يَسِّرْ بِهِ عُسْرَتَنَا Wa aʿizz [aghnī] bihi fāqatanā wa yassir bihi ʿusratana.
Enrich our destitution through him and ease our hardships through him.
وَ كُفَّ بِهِ وُجُوهَنَا وَ أَنْجِحْ بِهِ طَلِبَتَنَا Wa kuffa bihi wujūhanā wa anjiḥ bihi ṭalibatanā.
Shield our faces through him and grant success to our requests through him.
وَ اسْتَجِبْ بِهِ دُعَائَنَا وَ أَعْطِنَا بِهِ فَوْقَ رَغْبَتِنَا Wa astajib bihi duʿāʾanā wa aʿṭinā bihi fawqa raghbatinā.
Answer our prayers through him and grant us more than we desire through him.
وَ اشْفِ بِهِ صُدُورَنَا وَ اهْدِنَا لِمَا اخْتُلِفَ فِيهِ مِنَ الْحَقِّ Wa ashfi bihi ṣudūranā wa ihdinā limā ikhtulifa fīhi mina al-ḥaqq.
Heal our hearts through him and guide us to the truth in matters of dispute.
يَا رَبِّ إِنَّكَ تَهْدِي مَنْ تَشَاءُ إِلى صِراطٍ مُسْتَقِيمٍ Yā Rabb, innaka tahdī man tashāʾu ilā ṣirāṭin mustaqīm.
O Lord, indeed You guide whom You will to the straight path.
اللَّهُمَّ أَمِتْ بِهِ الْجَوْرَ وَ أَظْهِرْ بِهِ الْعَدْلَ Allāhumma amit bihi al-jawra wa aẓhir bihi al-ʿadla.
O Allah, eliminate oppression through him and establish justice through him.
وَ قَوِّ نَاصِرَهُ وَ اخْذُلْ خَاذِلَهُ Wa qawi’ nāṣirahu wa ḵhuzul ḵhādhilahu.
Strengthen his supporters and forsake his detractors.
وَ دَمِّرْ مَنْ نَصَبَ لَهُ وَ أَهْلِكْ مَنْ غَشَّهُ Wa dammir man naṣaba lahu wa ahlik man ghashshahu.
Destroy those who set traps for him and ruin those who deceive him.
وَ اقْتُلْ بِهِ جَبَابِرَةَ الْكُفْرِ وَ اقْصِمْ رُءُوسَ الضَّلَالَةِ Wa uqtul bihi jabābirat al-kufri wa aqsim ru’ūsa al-ḍalālati.
Kill the tyrants of disbelief through him and shatter the heads of misguidance.
وَ سَائِرَ أَهْلِ الْبِدَعِ وَ مُقَوِّيَةَ الْبَاطِلِ Wa sā’ir ahl al-bidʿati wa muqawwiya al-bāṭili.
And all the people of innovation and those who strengthen falsehood.
وَ ذَلِّلْ بِهِ الْجَبَابِرَةَ وَ أَبِرْ بِهِ الْكَافِرِينَ وَ الْمُنَافِقِينَ Wa dhallil bihi al-jabābirata wa abir bihi al-kāfirīn wa al-munāfiqīn.
Subdue the tyrants through him and bring benefit to the disbelievers and hypocrites.
وَ جَمِيعَ الْمُلْحِدِينَ فِي مَشَارِقِ الْأَرْضِ وَ مَغَارِبِهَا Wa jamīʿ al-mulḥidīn fī mashāriqi al-arḍi wa maghāribihā.
And all the heretics in the East and West of the earth.
بَرِّهَا وَ بَحْرِهَا وَ سَهْلِهَا وَ جَبَلِهَا Barihahā wa baḥrihā wa sahlihā wa jabaliha.
Its land, sea, plains, and mountains.
لا تَذَرْ عَلَى الْأَرْضِ مِنْهُمْ دَيَّاراً وَ لَا تَبْقَ لَهُمْ آثَاراً Lā tadhir ʿalā al-arḍi minhum dayyāran wa lā tabqā lahum āthāran.
Do not leave a trace of them on the earth, nor any remains of their footprints.
اللَّهُمَّ أَظْهِرْهُ وَ افْتَحْ عَلَى يَدَيْهِ الْخَيْرَاتِ وَ اجْعَلْ فَرَجَنَا مَعَهُ وَ بِهِ Allāhumma aẓhirhu wa iftaḥ ʿalā yadīhi al-khayrāt wa ajʿal farajanā maʿahu wa bihi.
O Allah, manifest him and open through his hands all blessings, and make our relief with him and through him.
اللَّهُمَّ أَعِنَّا عَلَى سُلُوكِ الْمَنَاهِجِ مِنْهَاجِ الْهُدَى وَ الْمَحَجَّةِ الْعُظْمَى وَ الطَّرِيقَةِ الْوُسْطَى الَّتِي يَرْجِعُ إِلَيْهِ [إِلَيْهَا] الْغَالِي وَ يَلْحَقُ بِهِ [بِهَا] التَّالِي Allāhumma aʿinnā ʿalā sulūki al-manāhiji min-hāj al-hudā wa al-maḥajjah al-ʿuẓmā wa al-ṭarīqah al-wusṭā allatī yarjiʿu ilayhi [ilayhā] al-ghālī wa yalḥaqu bihi [bihā] al-tālī.
O Allah, help us in following the paths of guidance, the great way, and the middle path, to which the devoted return and the followers follow.
وَ وَفِّقْنَا لِمُتَابَعَتِهِ وَ أَدَاءِ حَقِّهِ وَ امْنُنْ عَلَيْنَا بِمُتَابَعَتِهِ فِي الْبَأْسَاءِ وَ الضَّرَّاءِ وَ اجْعَلْنَا مِنَ الطَّالِبِينَ رِضَاكَ بِمُنَاصَحَتِهِ حَتَّى تَحْشُرَنَا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ فِي أَعْوَانِهِ وَ أَنْصَارِهِ وَ مَعُونَةِ سُلْطَانِهِ Wa waffiqnā limutābaʿatihi wa adāʾ ḥaqqihi wa munn ʿalaynā bimutābaʿatihi fī al-baʾsāʾi wa al-ḍarrāʾi wa ajʿalnā min al-ṭālibīn riḍāka bimuṣāḥatihi ḥattā taḥshuranā yawma al-qiyāmah fī aʿwānīhi wa anṣārīhi wa maʿūnati sulṭānihī.
Grant us success in following him and fulfilling his rights. Bestow upon us the honor of following him in times of hardship and adversity, and make us among those seeking Your pleasure through assisting him, so that we are gathered on the Day of Judgment in his support, his helpers, and the aid of his sovereignty.
وَ اجْعَلْ ذَلِكَ لَنَا خَالِصاً مِنْ كُلِّ شَكٍّ وَ شُبْهَةٍ وَ رِيَاءٍ وَ سُمْعَةٍ لَا نَطْلُبُ بِهِ غَيْرَكَ وَ لَا نُرِيدُ بِهِ سِوَاكَ Wa ajʿal dhālika lanā khāliṣan min kulli shakkin wa shubhatin wa riʾāʾin wa sumʿah, lā naṭlubu bihi ghayrak wa lā nurīdu bihi siwāk.
Make this purely for us, free from any doubt, suspicion, showing off, or seeking attention. We seek nothing from it but You, and we desire none other than You.
وَ تُحِلَّنَا مَحَلَّهُ وَ تَجْعَلَنَا فِي الْخَيْرِ مَعَهُ وَ اصْرِفْ عَنَّا فِي أَمْرِهِ السَّأْمَةَ وَ الْكَسَلَ وَ الْفَتْرَةَ وَ لَا تَسْتَبْدِلْ بِنَا غَيْرَنَا فَإِنَّ اسْتِبْدَالَكَ بِنَا غَيْرَنَا عَلَيْكَ يَسِيرٌ وَ عَلَيْنَا عَسِيرٌ Wa tuḥillunā maḥallahu wa tajʿalnā fī al-khayri maʿahu wa aṣrif ʿannā fī amrihi al-saʾmata wa al-kasala wa al-fatrata wa lā tastabdiʿl binā ghayranā faʾinna istibdālaka binā ghayranā ʿalayka yasīrun wa ʿalaynā ʿasīrun.
Grant us his position and make us in goodness with him. Remove from us in his matter weariness, laziness, and delay. Do not replace us with others, for replacing us with others is easy for You, but difficult for us.
وَ قَدْ عَلِمْنَا بِفَضْلِكَ وَ إِحْسَانِكَ يَا كَرِيمُ وَ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَى سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ النَّبِيِّ وَ آلِهِ وَ سَلَّمَ Wa qad ʿalimnā bifiḍlik wa iḥsānik, yā karīm, wa ṣallā Allāhu ʿalā sayyidinā Muḥammadin al-nabiyyī wa ālihi wa sallama.
And we have known of Your grace and kindness, O Most Generous. May Allah send blessings upon our master Muhammad, the Prophet, and his family, and grant them peace.
