اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ ايُّهَا ٱلنَّبِيُّ

alssal�mu `alayka ayyuh� alnnabiyyu

Peace be upon you, O Prophet

وَرَحْمَةُ ٱللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ

wa ra�matu all�hi wa barak�tuh�

and be upon you Allah�s mercy and blessings.

اَلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ ايُّهَا ٱلنَّبِيُّ ٱلْمُرْسَلُ

alssal�mu `alayka ayyuh� alnnabiyyu almursalu

Peace be upon you, O missioned Prophet,

وَٱلْوَصِيُّ ٱلْمُرْتَضَىٰ

walwa�iyyu almurta��

(and peace be upon you) O well-pleased successor (of the Prophet),

وَٱلسَّيِّدَةُ ٱلْكُبْرىٰ

walssayyidatu alkubr�

(and peace be upon you) O grand lady,

وَٱلسَّيِّدَةُ ٱلزَّهْرَاءُ

walssayyidatu alzzahr�'u

(and peace be upon you) O Luminous lady,

وَٱلسِّبْطَانِ ٱلْمُنْتَجَبَانِ

walssib��ni almuntajab�ni

(and peace be upon you) O two elite grandsons (of the Prophet),

وَٱلاوْلاَدُ ٱلاعْلاَمُ

wal-awl�du al-a`l�mu

(and peace be upon you) O descendants�the elite signs

وَٱلامَنَاءُ ٱلْمُنْتَجَبُونَ

wal'uman�'u almuntajab�na

and the well-selected trustees.

جِئْتُ ٱنْقِطَاعاً إِلَيْكُمْ

ji'tu inqi��`an ilaykum

Here I am devoting myself to you,

وَإِلَىٰ آبَائِكُمْ وَوَلَدِكُمُ ٱلْخَلَفِ

wa il� �b�'ikum wa waladikum alkhalafi

to your fathers, and to your son, the Successor

عَلَىٰ بَرَكَةِ ٱلْحَقِّ

`al� barakati al�aqqi

on the blessing of the truth.

فَقَلْبِي لَكُمْ مُسَلِّمٌ

faqalb� lakum musallimun

My heart is thus subservient to you

وَنُصْرَتِي لَكُمْ مُعَدَّةٌ

wa nu�rat� lakum mu`addatun

and my support is prepared for you

حَتَّىٰ يَحْكُمَ ٱللَّهُ بِدِينِهِ

�att� ya�kuma all�hu bid�nih�

until Allah will judge about His religion.

فَمَعَكُمْ مَعَكُمْ

fama`akum ma`akum

I am with you, verily with you

لاََ مَعَ عَدُوِّكُمْ

l� ma`a `aduwwikum

but not with your enemy.

إِنِّي لَمِنَ ٱلْقَائِلينَ بِفَضْلِكُمْ

inn� lamin alq�'il�na bifa�likum

I am one of them who believe in your superiority

مُقِرٌّ بِرَجْعَتِكُمْ

muqirrun biraj`atikum

and I acknowledge your Return.

لاََ انْكِرُ لِلَّهِ قُدْرَةً

l� unkiru lill�hi qudratan

I never deny the all-powerfulness of Allah

وَلاَ ازْعُمُ إِلاَّ مَا شَاءَ ٱللَّهُ

wa l� az`umu ill� m� sh�'a all�hu

and I do not claim but that which Allah wills.

سُبْحَانَ ٱللَّهِ ذِي ٱلْمُلْكِ وَٱلْمَلَكُوتِ

sub��na all�hi dh� almulki walmalak�ti

Glory be to Allah, Lord of kingdom and realm.

يُسَبِّحُ ٱللَّهَ بِاسْمَائِهِ جَميعُ خَلْقِهِ

yusabbi�u all�ha bi'asm�'ih� jam�`u khalqih�

All His creatures glorify Allah by His Names.

وَٱلسَّلاَمُ عَلَىٰ ارْوَاحِكُمْ وَاجْسَادِكُمْ

wa alssal�mu `al� arw��ikum wa ajs�dikum

Peace be upon your souls and your bodies.

وَٱلسَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ ٱللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ

wa alssal�mu `alaykum wa ra�matu all�hi wa barak�tuh�

Peace and Allah�s mercy and blessings be upon you all.

Allah may send peace and blessings upon Mu�ammad and his Household,

�all� all�hu `al� mu�ammadin wa �lih� wa sallama

صَلَّىٰ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ

�إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ وَمَلاَئِكَتَهُ يُصَلُّونَ عَلَىٰ ٱلنَّبِيِّ

inna all�ha wa mal�'ikatah� yu�all�na `al� alnnabiyyi

�Lo! Allah and His angels shower blessings on the Prophet.

يَا ايُّهَا ٱلَّذينَ آمَنُوٱ صَلُّوٱ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلِّمُوٱ تَسْليماً.�

y� ayyuh� alladh�na �man� �all� `alayhi wa sallim� tasl�man

O you who believe, ask blessings on him and salute him with a worthy salutation.�

اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ

all�humma �alli `al� mu�ammadin wa �li mu�ammadin

O Allah, send peace upon Mu�ammad and the Household of Mu�ammad,

وَبَارِكْ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ

wa b�rik `al� mu�ammadin wa �li mu�ammadin

send blessings upon Mu�ammad and the Household of Mu�ammad,

وَتَحَنَّنْ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ

wa ta�annan `al� mu�ammadin wa �li mu�ammadin

have compassion upon Mu�ammad and the Household of Mu�ammad,

وَسَلِّمْ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ

wa sallim `al� mu�ammadin wa �li mu�ammadin

and send benedictions upon Mu�ammad and the Household of Mu�ammad

كَافْضَلَ مَا صَلَّيْتَ وَبَارَكْتَ

ka'af�ali m� �allayta wa b�rakta

as much as You have sent peace, blessings,

وَتَرَحَّمْتَ وَتَحَنَّنْتَ

wa tara��amta wa ta�annanta

mercy, compassion,

وَسَلَّمْتَ عَلَىٰ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَآلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ

wa sallamta `al� ibr�h�ma wa �li ibr�h�ma

and benedictions upon (Prophet) Abraham and the Household of Abraham.

إِنَّكَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ

innaka �am�dun maj�dun

You are verily Owner of praise, Owner of glory.

اَللَّهُمَّ اعْطِ مُحَمَّداً ٱلْوَسيلَةَ

all�humma a`�i mu�ammadan alwas�lata

O Allah, give Mu�ammad [the right of] mediation,

وَٱلشَّرَفَ وَٱلْفَضيلَةَ

walshsharafa walfa��lata

honor, virtue,

وَٱلْمَنْزِلَةَ ٱلْكَريمَةَ

walmanzilata alkar�mata

and noble rank.

اَللَّهُمَّ ٱجْعَلْ مُحَمَّداً وَآلَ مُحَمَّدٍ

all�humma ij`al mu�ammadan wa �la mu�ammadin

O Allah, make Mu�ammad and the Household of Mu�ammad

اعْظَمَ ٱلْخَلاَئِقِ كُلِّهِمْ شَرَفاً يَوْمَ ٱلْقِيَامَةِ

a`�ama alkhal�'iqi kullihim sharafan yawma alqiy�mati

to be the most honored of all Your creatures on the Resurrection Day,

وَاقْرَبَهُمْ مِنْكَ مَقْعَداً

wa aqrabahum minka maq`adan

the closest to You in position,

وَاوْجَهَهُمْ عِنْدَكَ يَوْمَ ٱلْقِيَامَةِ جَاهاً

wa awjahahum `indaka yawma alqiy�mati j�han

the most notable with You on the Resurrection Day,

وَافْضَلَهُمْ عِنْدَكَ مَنْزِلَةً وَنَصيباً

wa af�alahum `indaka manzilatan wa na��ban

and the most favorable in title and status.

اَللَّهُمَّ اعْطِ مُحَمَّداً اشْرَفَ ٱلْمَقَامِ

all�humma a`�i mu�ammadan ashrafa almaq�mi

O Allah, give Mu�ammad the most honorable position,

وَحِبَاءَ ٱلسَّلاَمِ

wa �ib�'a alssal�mi

the most abundant salutation,

وَشَفَاعَةَ ٱلإِسْلاَمِ

wa shaf�`ata al-isl�mi

and the intercession of Islam.

اَللَّهُمَّ وَالْحِقْنَا بِهِ غَيْرَ خَزَايَا وَلاَ نَاكِثِينَ

all�humma wa al�iqn� bih� ghayra khaz�y� wa l� n�kith�na

O Allah, join us to him while we are neither disgraced, nor violating,

وَلاَ نَادِمِينَ وَلاَ مُبَدِّلِينَ

wa l� n�dim�na wa l� mubaddil�na

nor regretful, nor distorting.

إِلٰهَ ٱلْحَقِّ آمينَ

il�ha al�aqqi �m�na

O God of all worlds, respond to us.
