O Allah: I am praying You as You have ordered me to do; so, please respond to me as You have promised.

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَدْعُوكَ كَمَا أَمَرْتَنِي فَاسْتَجِبْ لِي كَمَا وَعَدْتَنِي. 

O Allah: I am praying You as You have ordered me to do; so, please respond to me as You have promised.

all�humma inn� ad`�ka kam� amartany fastajib l� kam� wa`adtan�

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَدْعُوكَ كَمَا أَمَرْتَنِي فَاسْتَجِبْ لِي كَمَا وَعَدْتَنِي.

O Allah: I am praying You as You have ordered me to do; so, please respond to me as You have promised.

all�humma inn� ad`�ka kam� amartany fastajib l� kam� wa`adtan�

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَدْعُوكَ كَمَا أَمَرْتَنِي فَاسْتَجِبْ لِي كَمَا وَعَدْتَنِي.

O Allah I ask You to give me from Your brilliance that beautifies,

all�humma inn� as�aluka min bah��ika bi-abh�hu

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ بَهَائِكَ بِأَبْهَاهُ

and all Your glories are radiantly brilliant,

wa kullu bah��ika bahiyy

وَكُلّ بَهَائِكَ بَهِيّ،

O Allah I beseech You in the name of all Your glories.

all�humma inn� as�aluka bibah��ika kullhi

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَسْأَلُكَ بِبَهَائِكَ كُلّهِ.

O Allah I ask You to give me from Your majesty that gives grandeur,

all�humma inn� as�aluka min jal�lika bi-ajallhi

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ جَلالِكَ بِأَجَلّهِ

and all Your majestic powers are strongly sublime;

wa kullu jal�lika jal�lun

وَكُلّ جَلالِكَ جَلِيلٌ،

O Allah I beseech You in the name of all Your powers.

all�humma inn� as�aluka bijal�lika kullhi

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَسْأَلُكَ بِجَلالِكَ كُلّهِ.

O Allah I ask You to give me from Your refined good that makes more handsome,

all�humma inn� as�aluka min jam�lika bi-ajmalihi

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ جَمَالِكَ بِأَجْمَلِهِ

and all Your refinements are gracefully beautiful;

wa kullu jam�lika jam�lun

وَكُلّ جَمَالِكَ جَمِيلٌ،

O Allah I beseech You in the name of all Your beauties.

all�humma inn� as�aluka bijam�lika kullhi

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَسْأَلُكَ بِجَمَالِكَ كُلّهِ.

O Allah: I am praying You as You have ordered me to do; so, please respond to me as You have promised.

all�humma inn� ad`�ka kam� amartany fastajib l� kam� wa`adtan�

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَدْعُوكَ كَمَا أَمَرْتَنِي فَاسْتَجِبْ لِي كَمَا وَعَدْتَنِي.

O Allah: I am praying You as You have ordered me to do; so, please respond to me as You have promised.

all�humma inn� ad`�ka kam� amartany fastajib l� kam� wa`adtan�

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَدْعُوكَ كَمَا أَمَرْتَنِي فَاسْتَجِبْ لِي كَمَا وَعَدْتَنِي.

O Allah: I am praying You as You have ordered me to do; so, please respond to me as You have promised.

all�humma inn� ad`�ka kam� amartany fastajib l� kam� wa`adtan�

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَدْعُوكَ كَمَا أَمَرْتَنِي فَاسْتَجِبْ لِي كَمَا وَعَدْتَنِي.

O Allah I ask You to give me from Your greatness that makes great,

all�humma inn� as�aluka min `a�amatika bi-a`�amih�

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ عَظَمَتِكَ بِأَعْظَمِهَا

and all Your powers are extensively important;

wa kullu `a�amatika `a��matun

وَكُلّ عَظَمَتِكَ عَظِيمَةٌ،

O Allah I beseech You in the name of all Your influences.

all�humma inn� as�aluka bi`a�amatika kullih�

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَسْأَلُكَ بِعَظَمَتِكَ كُلّهَا.

O Allah I beseech You to give me from Your light that enlightens,

all�humma inn� as�aluka min n�rika bi-anwarihi

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ نُورِكَ بِأَنْوَرِهِ

and all Your enlightenments are luminously bright;

wa kullu n�rika nayyrun

وَكُلّ نُورِكَ نَيّرٌ،

O Allah I beseech You in the name of all Your lights.

all�humma inn� as�aluka bin�rika kullihi

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَسْأَلُكَ بِنُورِكَ كُلّهِ.

O Allah I ask You to give me from Your mercy that gives much,

all�humma inn� as�aluka min ra�matika bi-awsa`ih�

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ رَحْمَتِكَ بِأَوْسَعِهَا

and all Your kind leniencies are plenteously many,

wa kullu ra�matika w�si`atun

وَكُلّ رَحْمَتِكَ وَاسِعَةٌ،

O Allah I beseech You in the name of all Your compassions.

all�humma inn� as�aluka bira�matika kullih�

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَسْأَلُكَ بِرَحْمَتِكَ كُلّهَا.

O Allah: I am praying You as You have ordered me to do; so, please respond to me as You have promised.

all�humma inn� ad`�ka kam� amartany fastajib l� kam� wa`adtan�

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَدْعُوكَ كَمَا أَمَرْتَنِي فَاسْتَجِبْ لِي كَمَا وَعَدْتَنِي.

O Allah: I am praying You as You have ordered me to do; so, please respond to me as You have promised.

all�humma inn� ad`�ka kam� amartany fastajib l� kam� wa`adtan�

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَدْعُوكَ كَمَا أَمَرْتَنِي فَاسْتَجِبْ لِي كَمَا وَعَدْتَنِي.

O Allah: I am praying You as You have ordered me to do; so, please respond to me as You have promised.

all�humma inn� ad`�ka kam� amartany fastajib l� kam� wa`adtan�

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَدْعُوكَ كَمَا أَمَرْتَنِي فَاسْتَجِبْ لِي كَمَا وَعَدْتَنِي.

O Allah I ask You to give me from Your perfection that brings to fullness,

all�humma inn� as�aluka min kam�lika bi-akmalihi

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ كَمَالِكَ بِأَكْمَلِهِ

and all Your perfections are total and whole,

wa kullu kam�lika k�milun

وَكُلّ كَمَالِكَ كَامِلٌ،

O Allah I beseech You in the name of all Your perfections.

all�humma inn� as�aluka bikam�lika kullihi

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَسْأَلُكَ بِكَمَالِكَ كُلّهِ.

O Allah I ask You to give me from Your Words that elaborate and conclude;

all�humma inn� as�aluka min kalim�tika bi-atammh�

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ كَلِمَاتِكَ بِأَتَمّهَا

and all Your words are complete and perfect;

wa kullu kalim�tika t�mmatun

وَكُلّ كَلِمَاتِكَ تَامّةٌ،

O Allah I beseech You in the name of all Your Words.

all�humma inn� as�aluka bikalim�tika kullih�

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَسْأَلُكَ بِكَلِمَاتِكَ كُلّهَا.

O Allah I ask You to give me from Your Names that make great,

all�humma inn� as�aluka min asm��ika bi-akbarih�

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ أَسْمَائِكَ بِأَكْبَرِهَا

and all Your Names are important;

wa kullu asm��ika kab�ratun

وَكُلّ أَسْمَائِكَ كَبِيرَةٌ،

O Allah I beseech You in the name of all Your Names:

all�humma inn� as�aluka biasm��ika kullih�

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَسْأَلُكَ بِأَسْمَائِكَ كُلّهَا.

O Allah: I am praying You as You have ordered me to do; so, please respond to me as You have promised.

all�humma inn� ad`�ka kam� amartany fastajib l� kam� wa`adtan�

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَدْعُوكَ كَمَا أَمَرْتَنِي فَاسْتَجِبْ لِي كَمَا وَعَدْتَنِي.

O Allah: I am praying You as You have ordered me to do; so, please respond to me as You have promised.

all�humma inn� ad`�ka kam� amartany fastajib l� kam� wa`adtan�

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَدْعُوكَ كَمَا أَمَرْتَنِي فَاسْتَجِبْ لِي كَمَا وَعَدْتَنِي.

O Allah: I am praying You as You have ordered me to do; so, please respond to me as You have promised.

all�humma inn� ad`�ka kam� amartany fastajib l� kam� wa`adtan�

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَدْعُوكَ كَمَا أَمَرْتَنِي فَاسْتَجِبْ لِي كَمَا وَعَدْتَنِي.

O Allah I beseech You to give me from Your authority that surpasses in honor and power,

all�humma inn� as�aluka min `izztika bi-a`az��

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ عِزّتِكَ بِأَعَزّهَا

and all Your authorities are rare and supreme,

wa kullu `izzatika `az�zatun

وَكُلّ عِزّتِكَ عَزِيزَةٌ،

O Allah I beseech You in the name of all Your authorities.

all�humma inn� as�aluka bi`izzatika kullih�

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَسْأَلُكَ بِعِزّتِكَ كُلّهَا.

O Allah I ask You to give me from Your Will that (simultaneously) takes effect,

all�humma inn� as�aluka min mash�-atika bi-am��h�

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ مَشِيئَتِكَ بِأَمْضَاهَا

and all Your wills are (at once) executed;

wa kullu mash�iatika m��iyatun

وَكُلّ مَشِيئَتِكَ مَاضِيَةٌ،

O Allah I beseech You in the name of all Your wills.

all�humma inn� as�aluka bimash�-atika kullih�

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَسْأَلُكَ بِمَشِيئَتِكَ كُلّهَا.

O Allah I ask You to give me from Your that omnipotence which controls everything,

all�humma inn� as�aluka min qudratika bilqudrati allaty asta�alta bih� `al� kulli shay�in

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ قُدْرَتِكَ بِالْقُدْرَةِ الّتِي اسْتَطَلْتَ بِهَا عَلَى كُلّ شَيْءٍ

and at all events Your omnipotence dominates.

wa kullu qudratika musta��latun

وَكُلّ قُدْرَتِكَ مُسْتَطِيلَةٌ،

O Allah I beseech You in the name of Your all-embracing omnipotence.

all�humma inn� as�aluka biqudratika kullih�

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَسْأَلُكَ بِقُدْرَتِكَ كُلّهَا.

O Allah: I am praying You as You have ordered me to do; so, please respond to me as You have promised.

all�humma inn� ad`�ka kam� amartany fastajib l� kam� wa`adtan�

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَدْعُوكَ كَمَا أَمَرْتَنِي فَاسْتَجِبْ لِي كَمَا وَعَدْتَنِي.

O Allah: I am praying You as You have ordered me to do; so, please respond to me as You have promised.

all�humma inn� ad`�ka kam� amartany fastajib l� kam� wa`adtan�

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَدْعُوكَ كَمَا أَمَرْتَنِي فَاسْتَجِبْ لِي كَمَا وَعَدْتَنِي.

O Allah: I am praying You as You have ordered me to do; so, please respond to me as You have promised.

all�humma inn� ad`�ka kam� amartany fastajib l� kam� wa`adtan�

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَدْعُوكَ كَمَا أَمَرْتَنِي فَاسْتَجِبْ لِي كَمَا وَعَدْتَنِي.

O Allah I ask You to give me from Your Wisdom that pierces through and enforces,

all�humma inn� as�aluka min `ilmika bi-anfadhihi

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ عِلْمِكَ بِأَنْفَذِهِ

and Your Wisdom is altogether effective,

wa kullu `ilmika n�fidhun

وَكُلّ عِلْمِكَ نَافِذٌ،

O Allah I beseech You in the name of Your Wisdom.

all�humma inn� as�aluka bi`ilmika kullihi

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَسْأَلُكَ بِعِلْمِكَ كُلّهِ.

O Allah I ask You to give me from Your promise which always is fulfilled,

all�humma inn� as�aluka min qawlika bi-ar��hu

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ قَوْلِكَ بِأَرْضَاهُ

and all Your promises are kept and fulfilled,

wa kullu qawlika ra�iyyun

وَكُلّ قَوْلِكَ رَضِيّ،

O Allah I beseech You in the name of all Your promises.

all�humma inn� as�aluka biqawlika kullihi

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَسْأَلُكَ بِقَوْلِكَ كُلّهِ.

O Allah I ask You to give me from Your Channels which are most dear to You,

all�humma inn� as�aluka min mas��ilika bi-a�abbh� ilayka

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ مَسَائِلِكَ بِأَحَبّهَا إلَيْكَ

and all that which is dear to You is most desirable,

wa kullu mas��ilika ilayka �ab�batun

وَكُلّ مَسَائِلِكَ إلَيْكَ حَبِيبَةٌ،

O Allah I beseech You in the name of all Your Channels.

all�humma inn� as�aluka bimas��ilika kullih�

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَسْأَلُكَ بِمَسَائِلِكَ كُلّهَا،

O Allah: I am praying You as You have ordered me to do; so, please respond to me as You have promised.

all�humma inn� ad`�ka kam� amartany fastajib l� kam� wa`adtan�

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَدْعُوكَ كَمَا أَمَرْتَنِي فَاسْتَجِبْ لِي كَمَا وَعَدْتَنِي.

O Allah: I am praying You as You have ordered me to do; so, please respond to me as You have promised.

all�humma inn� ad`�ka kam� amartany fastajib l� kam� wa`adtan�

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَدْعُوكَ كَمَا أَمَرْتَنِي فَاسْتَجِبْ لِي كَمَا وَعَدْتَنِي.

O Allah: I am praying You as You have ordered me to do; so, please respond to me as You have promised.

all�humma inn� ad`�ka kam� amartany fastajib l� kam� wa`adtan�

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَدْعُوكَ كَمَا أَمَرْتَنِي فَاسْتَجِبْ لِي كَمَا وَعَدْتَنِي.

O Allah I ask You to give me from Your distinctions that vie in glory,

all�humma inn� as�aluka min sharafika bi-ashrafihi

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ شَرَفِكَ بِأَشْرَفِهِ

and all Your distinctions are noble;

wa kullu sharafika shar�fun

وَكُلّ شَرَفِكَ شَرِيفٌ،

O Allah I beseech You in the name of all Your distinctions.

all�humma inn� as�aluka bisharafika kullihi

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَسْأَلُكَ بِشَرَفِكَ كُلّهِ.

O Allah I ask You to give me from Your sovereignty which lasts and continues forever,

all�humma inn� as�aluka min sul��nika bi-adwamihi

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ سُلْطَانِكَ بِأَدْوَمِهِ

and for all times Your sovereignty is everlasting;

wa kullu sul��nika d��imun

وَكُلّ سُلْطَانِكَ دَائِمٌ،

O Allah I beseech You in the name of Your absolute sovereignty.

all�humma inn� as�aluka bisul��nika kullihi

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَسْأَلُكَ بِسُلْطَانِكَ كُلّهِ.

O Allah I ask You to give me from Your kingdom that surpasses in glory and nobility,

all�humma inn� as�aluka min mulkika bi-afkharihi

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ مُلْكِكَ بِأَفْخَرِهِ

and in reality Your kingdom alone is the most celebrated and magnificent;

wa kullu mulkika f�khirun

وَكُلّ مُلْكِكَ فَاخِرٌ،

O Allah I beseech You in the name of Your unlimited kingdom.

all�humma inn� as�aluka bimulkika kullihi

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَسْأَلُكَ بِمُلْكِكَ كُلّهِ.

O Allah: I am praying You as You have ordered me to do; so, please respond to me as You have promised.

all�humma inn� ad`�ka kam� amartany fastajib l� kam� wa`adtan�

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَدْعُوكَ كَمَا أَمَرْتَنِي فَاسْتَجِبْ لِي كَمَا وَعَدْتَنِي.

O Allah: I am praying You as You have ordered me to do; so, please respond to me as You have promised.

all�humma inn� ad`�ka kam� amartany fastajib l� kam� wa`adtan�

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَدْعُوكَ كَمَا أَمَرْتَنِي فَاسْتَجِبْ لِي كَمَا وَعَدْتَنِي.

O Allah: I am praying You as You have ordered me to do; so, please respond to me as You have promised.

all�humma inn� ad`�ka kam� amartany fastajib l� kam� wa`adtan�

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَدْعُوكَ كَمَا أَمَرْتَنِي فَاسْتَجِبْ لِي كَمَا وَعَدْتَنِي.

O Allah I ask You to give me from Your highest height that exalts,

all�humma inn� as�aluka min `al��ika bi-a`l�hu

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ عَلاءِكَ بِأَعْلاهُ

and Your eminence is altogether sublime;

wa kullu `al��ika `�lin

وَكُلّ عَلاءِكَ عَالٍ،

O Allah I beseech You in the name of Your highest sublimeness.

all�humma inn� as�aluka bi`al��ika kullihi

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَسْأَلُكَ بِعَلاءِكَ كُلّهِ.

O Allah I ask You to give me from Your bounties which always move ahead, come in advance,

all�humma inn� as�aluka min mannka bi-aqdamihi

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ مَنّكَ بِأَقْدَمِهِ

and all Your bounties are eternal,

wa kullu mannka qad�mun

وَكُلّ مَنّكَ قَدِيمٌ،

O Allah I beseech You in the name of all Your bounties.

all�humma inn� as�aluka bimannka kullihi

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَسْأَلُكَ بِمَنّكَ كُلّهِ.

O Allah I ask You to give me from Your signs; the most wonderful of them,

all�humma inn� as�aluka min �y�tika bi-a`jabih�

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ آيَاتِكَ بِأَعْجَبِهَا

and all Your signs are wonderful;

wa kullu �y�tika `aj�batun

وَكُلّ آيَاتِكَ عَجيبَةٌ،

O Allah I beseech You in the name of all Your signs,

all�humma inn� as�aluka bi-�y�tika kullih�

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَسْأَلُكَ بآيَاتِكَ كُلّهَا.

O Allah: I am praying You as You have ordered me to do; so, please respond to me as You have promised.

all�humma inn� ad`�ka kam� amartany fastajib l� kam� wa`adtan�

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَدْعُوكَ كَمَا أَمَرْتَنِي فَاسْتَجِبْ لِي كَمَا وَعَدْتَنِي.

O Allah: I am praying You as You have ordered me to do; so, please respond to me as You have promised.

all�humma inn� ad`�ka kam� amartany fastajib l� kam� wa`adtan�

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَدْعُوكَ كَمَا أَمَرْتَنِي فَاسْتَجِبْ لِي كَمَا وَعَدْتَنِي.

O Allah: I am praying You as You have ordered me to do; so, please respond to me as You have promised.

all�humma inn� ad`�ka kam� amartany fastajib l� kam� wa`adtan�

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَدْعُوكَ كَمَا أَمَرْتَنِي فَاسْتَجِبْ لِي كَمَا وَعَدْتَنِي.

O Allah: I beseech You to grant me from the best of Your favors;

all�humma inn� as�aluka min fa�lika bi-af�alihi

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ فَضْلِكَ بِأَفْضَلِهِ

and all Your favors are excellent.

wa kullu fa�lika f��ilun

وَكُلّ فَضْلِكَ فَاضِلٌ،

O Allah: I beseech You in the name of Your whole favor.

all�humma inn� as�aluka bifa�lika kullihi

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَسْأَلُكَ بِفَضْلِكَ كُلّهِ.

O Allah: I beseech You to grant me from the most widespread of Your sustenance;

all�humma inn� as�aluka min rizqika bi-a`ammhi

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ رِزْقِكَ بِأَعَمّهِ

and all Your sustenance is widespread.

wa kullu rizqika `�mmun

وَكُلّ رِزْقِكَ عَامّ،

O Allah: I beseech You in the name of Your whole sustenance.

all�humma inn� as�aluka birizqika kullihi

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَسْأَلُكَ بِرِزْقِكَ كُلّهِ.

O Allah: I beseech You to grant me from the most wholesome of Your bestowal;

all�humma inn� as�aluka min `a���ika bi-ahna�ihi

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ عَطَائِكَ بِأَهْنَئِهِ

and Your entire bestowal is wholesome.

wa kullu `a���ika han��

وَكُلّ عَطَائِكَ هَنِيءٌ،

O Allah: I beseech You in the name of Your entire bestowal.

all�humma inn� as�aluka bi`a���ika kullihi

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَسْأَلُكَ بِعَطَائِكَ كُلّهِ.

O Allah: I beseech You to grant me from Your most instant welfare;

all�humma inn� as�aluka min khayrika bi-a`jalihi

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ خَيْرِكَ بِأَعْجَلِهِ

and Your entire welfare is instant.

wa kullu khayrika `�jilun

وَكُلّ خَيْرِكَ عَاجِلٌ،

O Allah: I beseech You in the name of Your entire welfare.

all�humma inn� as�aluka bikhayrika kullihi

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَسْأَلُكَ بِخَيْرِكَ كُلّهِ.

O Allah: I beseech You to grant me from You most excellent benevolence;

all�humma inn� as�aluka min i�s�nika bi-a�sanihi

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ إحْسَانِكَ بِأَحْسَنِهِ

and Your entire benevolence is excellent.

wa kullu i�s�nika �asanun

وَكُلّ إحْسَانِكَ حَسَنٌ،

O Allah: I beseech You in the name of Your entire benevolence.

all�humma inn� as�aluka bii�s�nika kullihi

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَسْأَلُكَ بِإحْسَانِكَ كُلّهِ.

O Allah: I beseech You in the name of all that through which You may respond to me if I beseech You;

all�humma inn� as�aluka bim� tuj�buny bihi ��na as�aluka

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَسْأَلُكَ بِمَا تُجِيبُنِي بِهِ حِينَ أَسْأَلُكَ،

therefore, (please do) respond to me, O Allah.

fajibny y� all�hu

فَأَجِبْنِي يَا اللّهُ،

O Allah: I beseech You in the name of all that through which You may respond to me if I beseech You;

all�humma inn� as�aluka bim� tuj�buny bihi ��na as�aluka

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَسْأَلُكَ بِمَا تُجِيبُنِي بِهِ حِينَ أَسْأَلُكَ،

Yes, I have besought You, O Allah.

na`am da`awtuka y� all�hu

نَعَمْ دَعَوتُكَ يا اَللهُ،

O Allah: (I beseech You) in the name of all authorities and powers that You enjoy.

all�humma bim� anta f�hi mina alshshu��ni wal-jabar�ti

اللّهُمّ بِمَا أَنْتَ فِيهِ مِنَ الشُّؤونِ وَالْجَبَرُوتِ

O Allah: I beseech You in the name of all of Your authorities and powers.

all�humma inn� as�aluka bisha�nika wa jabar�tika kullih�

اَللَّهُمَّ إنّي أسْألُكَ بِشَأنِكَ وَجَبَروتِكَ كُلِّها

O Allah: I ask You to give me whereby You gives answer to my supplication whenever I turn to You,

all�humma inn� as�aluka bim� tuj�buny bihi ��na as�aluka bih

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَسْأَلُكَ بِمَا تُجِيبُنِي بِهِ حِينَ أَسْأَلُكَ بِهِ

So, (please) respond to me, O Allah.

fa-ajibny y� all�hu

فَأَجِبْنِي يَا اللّهُ

Send blessings on Muhammad and the Family of Muhammad

�alli �al� mu�ammadin wa-�li mu�ammad(in)

صَلّ عَلَى مُحَمّدٍ وَآلِ مُحَمّدٍ

اللّهُم صَلّ عَلَى مُحَمّدٍ وَآلِ مُحَمّدٍ

all�humma �alli �al� mu�ammadin wa-�li mu�ammad(in)

O Allah: send blessings on Mu�ammad and the Family of Mu�ammad

وَابْعَثْني عَلَى الاِيمَانِ بِكَ،

Wab`athn� `al� al��m�ni bika

and resurrect me abiding by the believing in You,

وَالتّصْدِيقِ بِرَسُولِكَ،

wal-tta�d�qi biras�lika

giving credence to Your Messenger,

وَالوِلايَةِ لِعَلِيّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ عَلَيْهِما السَّلامُ،

wal-wil�yati li`aliyyi bni aby ��libin `alayhim� alssal�mu

being faithful to `Al� ibn Ab�-��lib�peace be upon both of them;

وَالإئْتِمامِ بِالأئِمَّةِ مِنْ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ

wal-i�tim�mi bil-a�immati min �li mu�ammadin

being following the (Divinely commissioned) leadership of the Imams from the Household of Mu�ammad

وَالبَرَاءَةِ مِنْ عَدُوّهِمْ،

wal-bar��ati min `aduwwihim

And disavowing their enemy.

فَإِنّي قَدْ رَضِيتُ يَا رَبّي بِذلِكَ،

fa�inn� qad ra��tu y� rabby bidhlika

My Lord, I have accepted such.

اللّهُم صَلّ عَلَى مُحَمّدٍ وَآلِ مُحَمّدٍ

all�humma �alli �al� mu�ammadin wa-�li mu�ammad(in)

O Allah: send blessings on Mu�ammad and the Family of Mu�ammad

وَأسْألُكَ خَيْرَ الخَيْرِ: رِضْوانَكَ وَالجَنَّةَ،

wa as�aluka khayral-khayri ri�w�naka wal-jannata

And I beseech You for the best of the goodness: Your pleasure and Paradise;

وَأعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ الشَّرِّ: سَخَطِكَ وَالنّارِ.

wa a`�dhu bika min sharri alshsharri sakha�ika wann�ri

And I seek Your protection against the most evil of the evil: Your wrath and Hellfire.

اللّهُم صَلّ عَلَى مُحَمّدٍ وَآلِ مُحَمّدٍ،

all�humma �alli `al� mu�ammdin w�li mu�ammdin ,

O Allah: (please do) send blessings upon Mu�ammad and the Household of Mu�ammad;

وَاحْفَظْنِي مِنْ كُلِّ مُصِيبَةٍ وَكُلِّ بَلِيَّةٍ،

w��fazhniy min kulli mu�i�batin wakulli baliyyatin,

And safeguard me against all misfortunes and all ordeals

وَمِنْ كُلِّ عُقوبَةٍ،

wamin kulli `uq�batin,

And all punishments

وَمِنْ كُلِّ فِتْنَةٍ،

wamin kulli fitnatin,

And all seditious matters

وَمِنْ كُلِّ بَلاءٍ،

wamin kulli bal��in,

And all trials

وَمِنْ كُلِّ شَرٍّ،

wamin kulli sharrin,

And all evils

وَمِنْ كُلِّ مَكْروهٍ،

wamin kulli makr�hin,

And all tribulations

وَمِنْ كُلِّ مُصِيبَةٍ،

wamin kulli mu�i�batin,

And all misfortunes

وَمِنْ كُلِّ آفَةٍ،

wamin kulli �fatin,

And all catastrophes

نَزَلَتْ أو تَنْزِلُ مِنَ السَّماءِ إلى الأرْضِ في هذِهِ السّاعَةِ،

nazalat aw tanzilu mina alssam��i il� alar�i fy hdhihi alss�`ati,

That have already or will ascend from the heavens to the earth at this very hour,

وَفي هذِهِ اللَّيْلَةِ،

wafy hdhihi alllaylati,

And at this night

وَفي هذا اليَوْمِ،

wafy hdh� al�awmi,

And on this day

وَفي هذا الشَّهْرِ،

wafy hdh� alshshahri,

And in this month

وَفي هذِهِ السَّنَةِ.

wafy hdhihi alssanati.

And in this year.

اللّهُم صَلّ عَلَى مُحَمّدٍ وَآلِ مُحَمّدٍ،

all�humma �all `al� mu�ammdin w�li mu�ammdin,

O Allah: (please do) send blessings upon Mu�ammad and the Household of Mu�ammad;

وَاقْسِمْ لي مِنْ كُلِّ سُرورٍ،

w�qsim ly min kulli sur�rin,

And decide for me a portion from all pleasant things,

وَمِنْ كُلِّ بَهْجَةٍ،

wamin kulli bahjatin,

And all joys

وَمِنْ كُلِّ اسْتِقامَةٍ،

wamin kulli astiq�matin,

And all straightness

وَمِنْ كُلِّ فَرَجٍ،

wamin kulli farajin,

And all relief

وَمِنْ كُلِّ عافِيَةٍ،

wamin kulli `�fiyatin,

And all well-being

وَمِنْ كُلِّ سَلامَةٍ،

wamin kulli sal�matin,

And all safety

وَمِنْ كُلِّ كَرامَةٍ،

wamin kulli kar�matin,

And all honor

وَمِنْ كُلِّ رِزْقٍ واسِعٍ حَلالٍ طَيِّبٍ،

wamin kulli rizqin w�si`in �al�lin �ayyibin,

And all items of sustenance that is expansive, legally gotten, and pleasant

وَمِنْ كُلِّ نِعْمَةٍ،

wamin kulli ni`matin,

And all graces

وَمِنْ كُلِّ حَسَنَةٍ،

wamin kulli �asanatin,

And all advantageous things

نَزَلَتْ أو تَنْزِلُ مِنَ السَّماءِ إلى الأرْضِ في هذِهِ السّاعَةِ

nazalat aw tanzilu mina alssam��i il� alar�i fy hdhihi alss�`ati

That have already or will ascend from the heavens to the earth at this very hour,

وَفي هذِهِ اللَّيْلَةِ،

wafy hdhihi alllaylati,

And at this night

وَفي هذا اليَوْمِ،

wafy hdh� al�awmi,

And on this day

وَفي هذا الشَّهْرِ،

wafy hdh� alshshahri,

And in this month

وَفي هذِهِ السَّنَةِ.

wafy hdhihi alssanati.

And in this year.

اَللّهُمَّ إنْ كانَتْ ذُنوبي قَدْ أخْلَقَتْ وَجْهِيَ عِنْدَكَ،

�alllhumma in k�nat dhun�by qad akhlaqat wajhi�a `indaka,

O Allah: If my sins have deformed my face in Your view

وَحالَتْ بَيني وَبَيْنَكَ،

wa��lat bayny wabaynaka,

And have thus cut the path taking me to You

أوْ غَيَّرَتْ حالي عِنْدَكَ،

aw ghayyarat ��ly `indaka,

And have changed my status with You,

فَإنّي أسْألُكَ بِنورِ وَجْهِكَ الكَريمِ الَّذي لَمْ يُطْفَأ،

fainny asaluka bin�ri wajhika alkar�mi alladhy lam yu�fa�,

Then, I beseech You in the name of the Light of Your Magnanimous Face that is never extinguished,

وَبِوَجْهِ حَبِيبِكَ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمُصْطَفى،

wabi�ajhi �abi�bika mu�ammadin almu��af�,

And in the name of the face of Your Chosen Prophet, Mu�ammad,

وَبِوَجْهِ وَلِيِّكَ عَلِيٍّ الْمُرْتَضى،

wabi�ajhi wali��ika `ali��in almurta��,

And in the name of the face of Your well-pleased servant, `Al�,

وَبِحَقِّ أوْلِيائِكَ الَّذينَ انْتَجَبْتَهُمْ،

wabi�aqqi awliy��ika alladh�na antajabtahum,

And in the name of Your intimate servants that You have selected,

أنْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلى مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ،

an tu�alli�a `al� mu�ammadin w�li mu�ammadin,

(I beseech You) that You send blessings upon Mu�ammad and the Household of Mu�ammad,

وَأنْ تَغْفِرَ لي وَلِوالِدَيَّ وَما وَلَدا،

Wa�an taghfira ly wali��lidayya wam� walad�,

And forgive for me, for my parents, and for all their offspring

وَلِلمُؤْمِنينَ وَالمُؤمِناتِ،

walilmuu�min�na w�lmuu�min�ti,

And forgive for the believing men and women

وَما تَوالَدوا،

wam� taw�lad��,

And for all their offspring

ذُنوبَنا كُلَّهَا،

dhun�ban� kullah�,

All our sins,

صَغيرَها وَكَبيرَها،

�agh�rah� wakab�rah�,

Including the insignificant and the major,

وَأنْ تَخْتِمَ لَنا بِالصّالِحاتِ،

wa'an takhtima lan� bi�l���li��ti,

And that You seal our lives with righteous deeds,

وَأنْ تَقْضِيَ لَنا الحَاجاتِ وَالمُهِمّاتِ،

wa'an taq�i�a lan� al��j�ti w�lmuhimm�ti,

And that You settle our needs and important desires,

وَصالِحَ الدُّعاءِ وَالمَسْأَلَةِ،

wa��li�a alddu`��i w�lmas�alati,

And that You respond to us our well-intended prayers and requests;

فَاسْتَجِبْ لَنا،

f�stajib lan�,

So, (please), respond to us,

بِحَقِّ مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِهِ.

bi�aqqi mu�ammadin w�lihi.

In the name of Mu�ammad and his Household.

اللّهُم صَلّ عَلَى مُحَمّدٍ وَآلِ مُحَمّدٍ،

all�humma �all `al� mu�ammdin w�li mu�ammdin ,

O Allah: (please) send blessings upon Mu�ammad and the Household of Mu�ammad,

آمينَ آمينَ آمينَ،

�m�na �m�na �m�na,

(please) respond; (please) respond; (please) respond;

ما شاءَ اللهُ كانَ،

m� sh��a allhu k�na,

Only that which Allah wills shall come to pass.

لا حَولَ وَلا قُوَّةَ إلاّ باللهِ،

l� �awla wal� quwwata ill� b�ll�hi,

There is no power and no might except with Allah.

سُبْحَانَ رَبِّكَ رَبِّ الْعِزَّةِ عَمَّا يَصِفُونَ،

sub��na rabbika rabbi al`izzati `amm� ya�ifuwna,

Glory be to your Lord, the Lord of Honor, above what they describe.

وَسَلامٌ عَلَى الْمُرْسَلِينَ.

wasal�mun `al� almursali�na

And peace be on the messengers.

وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ.

wal�amdu lillahi rabbi al`�lami�na.

And all praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the worlds.

يَا لا إلهَ إلاَّ أَنْتَ

y� l� il�ha ill� anta

O He but Whom there is no god

أسْألُكَ بِحَقِّ مَنْ حَقُّهُ عَلَيْكَ عَظيمٌ،

asaluka bi�aqqi man �aqquhu `alayka `azh�mun,

I beseech You in the name of those whose names enjoy a great regard with You

بِلا إلهَ إلاّ أنْتَ،

bil� il�ha ill� anta,

And in the name of there is no god save You

أسْألُكَ بِبَهاءِ لا إلهَ إلاّ أنْتَ يا لا إلهَ إلاّ أنْتَ،

asaluka bibah��i l� il�ha ill� anta y� l� il�ha ill� anta,

I beseech You in the name of the luminosity of there is no god save You, O He save Whom there is no god

أسْألُكَ بِجَلالِ لا إلهَ إلاّ أنْتَ يا لا إلهَ إلاّ أنْتَ،

asaluka bijal�li l� il�ha ill� anta y� l� il�ha ill� anta,

I beseech You in the name of the majesty of there is no god save You, O He save Whom there is no god

أسْألُكَ بِجَمالِ لا إلهَ إلاّ أنْتَ يا لا إلهَ إلاّ أنْتَ.

asaluka bijam�li l� il�ha ill� anta y� l� il�ha ill� anta.

I beseech You in the name of the splendor of there is no god save You, O He save Whom there is no god

أسْألُكَ بِنورِ لا إلهَ إلاّ أنْتَ يا لا إلهَ إلاّ أنْتَ،

asaluka bin�ri l� il�ha ill� anta y� l� il�ha ill� anta,

I beseech You in the name of the light of there is no god save You, O He save Whom there is no god

أسْألُكَ بِكَمالِ لا إلهَ إلاّ أنْتَ يا لا إلهَ إلاّ أنْتَ،

asaluka bikam�li l� il�ha ill� anta y� l� il�ha ill� anta,

I beseech You in the name of the excellency of there is no god save You, O He save Whom there is no god

أسْألُكَ بِعِزَّةِ لا إلهَ إلاّ أنْتَ يا لا إلهَ إلاّ أنْتَ

asaluka bi`izzati l� il�ha ill� anta y� l� il�ha ill� anta

I beseech You in the name of the honor of there is no god save You, O He save Whom there is no god

أسْألُكَ بِعِظَمِ لا إلهَ إلاّ أنْتَ يا لا إلهَ إلاّ أنْتَ

asaluka bi`izhami l� ilha ill� anta y� l� il�ha ill� anta

I beseech You in the name of the grandeur of there is no god save You, O He save Whom there is no god

أسْألُكَ بِقَولِ لا إلهَ إلاّ أنْتَ يا لا إلهَ إلاّ أنْتَ

asaluka biqawli l� il�ha ill� anta y� l� il�ha ill� anta

I beseech You in the name of the saying of there is no god save You, O He save Whom there is no god

أسْألُكَ بِشَرَفِ لا إلهَ إلاّ أنْتَ يا لا إلهَ إلاّ أنْتَ

asaluka bisharafi l� il�ha ill� anta y� l� il�ha ill� anta

I beseech You in the name of the dignity of there is no god save You, O He save Whom there is no god

أسْألُكَ بِعَلاءِ لا إلهَ إلاّ أنْتَ يا لا إلهَ إلاّ أنْتَ

asaluka bi`al��i l� il�ha ill� anta y� l� il�ha ill� anta

I beseech You in the name of the elevation of there is no god save You, O He save Whom there is no god

أسْألُكَ بِلا إلهَ إلاّ أنْتَ يا لا إلهَ إلاّ أنْتَ

asaluka bil� il�ha ill� anta y� l� il�ha ill� anta

I beseech You in the name of there is no god save You, O He save Whom there is no god

يا رَبّاهُ يا رَبّاهُ يا رَبّاهُ�

y� rabb�hu y� rabb�hu y� rabb�hu�

O my Lord; O my Lord; O my Lord

أسألك يا سيدي

as'aluka y� sayyid�

I beseech You; O my Master:

يَا اَللهُ يا رَبّاهُ

y� all�hu y� rabb�hu

O Allah; O my Lord:

يا سَيِّداهُ يا مَولاهُ يا غِياثاهُ يا مَلْجَآهُ،

y� sayyid�hu y� mawl�hu y� ghiy�th�hu y� malja-�hu

O my Master; O my Lord: O my Aide; O my Shelter;

يا مُنتَهى غايَةِ رَغْبَتاهُ،

y� muntah� gh�yati raghbat�hu

O the Ultimate goal of my all desires;

يا أرْحَمَ الرّاحِمينَ،

y� ar�ama alrr��im�na

O the Most Merciful of all those who show mercy;

أسْألُكَ فَلَيْسَ كَمِثْلِكَ شَيْءٌ،

as'aluka falaysa kamithlika shay�un

I beseech You, for nothing is like You

وَأسْألُكَ بِكُلِّ دَعْوَةٍ مُسْتَجابَةٍ دَعاكَ بِها نَبِيٌّ مُرْسَلٌ أوْ مَلَكٌ مُقَرَّبٌ،

wa as�aluka bikulli da`watin mustaj�batin da`�ka bih� nabiyyun mursalun aw malakun muqarrabun

And I beseech You with every responded prayer that has been addressed to You by a missioned Prophet or a favorite angel

أوْ عَبْدٌ مُؤمِنٌ امْتَحَنْتَ قَلْبَهُ لِلإيمانِ،

aw `abdun mu�minun imta�anta qalbah� lil-�m�ni

Or a faithful servant (of You) whose heart has been tried by You to carry faith

وَاسْتَجَبْتَ دَعْوَتَهُ مِنْهُ،

wastajabta da`watah� minhu

And then You responded to his prayer.

وَأتَوَجَّهُ إلَيْكَ بِمُحَمَّدٍ نَبِيِّكَ نَبِيِّ الرَّحْمَةِ،

wa atawajjahu ilayka bimu�ammadin nabiyyika nabiyyi alrra�mati

I turn my face towards You asking You in the name of Your Prophet, Mu�ammad, the Prophet of mercy

وَأُقَدِّمُهُ بَيْنَ يَدَيْ حَوائِجي.

wa uqaddimuh� bayna yaday �aw�ij�

And I seek his intercession before You for the sake of Your settlement of my need

يا مُحَمَّدُ يا رَسولَ اللهِ،

y� mu�ammadu y� ras�lal-ll�hi

O Mu�ammad: O the Messenger of Allah;

بِأبي أنْتَ وَاُمِّي أَتَوَجَّهُ بِكَ إلى رَبِّكَ وَرَبّي،

bi-ab� anta wa-umm� atawajjahu bika il� rabbika wa rabb�

May Allah accept my father and mother as ransoms for you! In your name do I turn my and your Lord;

وَأُقَدِّمُكَ بَيْنَ يَدَيْ حَوائِجي،

wa uqaddimuka bayna yaday �aw�ij�

And I seek your intercession for the sake of the Lord�s settling my needs.

يَا رَبّاهُ يَا رَبّاهُ يَا رَبّاهُ،

y� rabb�hu y� rabb�hu y� rabb�hu

O my Lord; O my Lord; O my Lord;

أسْألُكَ بِكَ،

as'aluka bika

I beseech You by Your sake,

فَلَيْسَ كَمِثْلِكَ شَيْءٌ،

falaysa kamithlika shay�un

For there is nothing like You.

وَأَتَوَجَّهُ إلَيْكَ بِمُحَمَّدٍ حَبيبِكَ،

wa atawajjahu ilayka bimu�ammadin �ab�bika

And I turn my face towards You, asking You in the name of Muhammad, Your most beloved one,

وَبِعِتْرَتِهِ الهادِيَةِ،

wa bi`itratihil-h�diyati

And in the name of his offspring�the guide ones,

وَأُقَدِّمُهُم بَيْنَ يَدَيْ حَوائِجي.

wa uqaddimuhum bayna yaday �aw��ij�

And I seek their intercession for the sake of Your settling my needs.

وَأسْألُكَ اللّهُمَّ بِحَياتِكَ الَّتي لا تَموتُ،

wa as�aluka all�humma bi�ay�tika allaty l� tam�tu

And I beseech You in the name of Your everl-ivingness, since You never dies,

وَبِنورِ وَجْهِكَ الّذي لا يُطْفَأُ،

wabin�ri wajhika alladhy l� yu�fa�u

And in the name of the Light of Your Face that is never extinguished

وَبِعَيْنِكَ الّتي لا تَنامُ،

wa bi`aynika allaty l� tan�mu

And in the name of Your Eye that never sleeps

وَأسْألُكَ بِحَقِّ مَنْ حَقُّهُ عَلَيْكَ عَظيمٌ،

asaluka bi�aqqi man �aqquhu `alayka `azh�mun

I beseech You in the name of those whose names enjoy a great regard with You

أنْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلى مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ،

an tu�alli�a `al� mu�ammadin w�li mu�ammadin,

That You may send blessings upon Mu�ammad and the Household of Mu�ammad

قَبْلَ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ

qabla kulli shay�in

Before everything,

وَبَعْدَ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ

wa ba`da kulli shay�in

And after everything,

وَعَدَدَ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ

wa `adada kulli shay�in

And as many as all things,

وَزِنَةَ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ

wa zinata kulli shay�in

And as weighty as all things,

وَمِلْءَ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ

wa mil�a kulli shay�in

And as full as all things

اَللَّهُمَّ إنّي أسْألُكَ أنْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلى مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدِكَ المُصْطَفى،

all�humma inn� as�aluka an tu�alliya `al� mu�ammadin `abdika almu��af�

O Allah: I beseech You to send blessings upon Mu�ammad�Your chosen servant

وَرَسولِكَ المُرْتَضى،

wa ras�lika almurta��

And Your well-pleased Messenger

وَأَمينِكَ المُصْطفى وَنَجيبِكَ دُونَ خَلْقِكَ،

wa am�nika almu��af� wa naj�bika d�na khalqika

And Your Chosen Trustee and Your selected one among all Your creatures,

وَحَبيبِكَ وَخِيَرَتِكَ مِنْ خَلْقِكَ أجْمَعينَ،

wa�ab�bika wakhiyaratika min khalqika ajma`�n

And Your most beloved one, and Your elect among all Your beings.

النَّذيرِ البَشيرِ السِّراجِ المُنيرِ،

alnnadh�ri albash�ri alssir�ji almun�r

The Warner, the Bearer of good tidings, and the luminous lantern.

وَعَلى أهْلِ بَيتِهِ الطَّيِّبينَ الطّاهِرينَ المُطَهَّرينَ الأخْيارِ الأبْرار،

wa `al� ahli baytihi al��ayyib�na al���hir�na al-akhy�ri al-abr�ri

And upon his Household�the pure, the immaculate, the purified, the virtuous, and the pious,

وَعَلَى مَلائِكَتِكَ الّذِينَ اسْتَخْلَصْتَهُمْ لِنَفْسِكَ وَحَجَبْتَهُمْ عَنْ خَلْقِكَ

wa `al� mal��ikatika alladh�na istakhla�tahum linafsika wa �ajabtahum `an khalqika

And upon Your angels whom You have chosen for Yourself and screened from Your creatures,

وَعَلَى أَنْبِيَائِكَ الّذِينَ يُنْبِئُونَ بِالصّدْقِ عَنْكَ،

wa `al� anbiy��ika alladh�na yunabbi��na bil��idqi `anka

And upon Your Prophets who convey truly from You

وَعَلَى عِبَادِكَ الصَّالِحِينَ

wa `al� `ib�dika al���li��na

And upon Your righteous servants,

اَلَّذينَ أدْخَلْتَهُمْ في رَحْمَتِكَ،

alladh�na adkhaltahum f� ra�matika

Whom You have included with Your mercy;

اَلأئِمَّةِ المُهْتَدينَ الرّاشِدينَ المُطَهَّرينَ،

al-a�immati almuhtad�na alrr�shid�na almu�ahhar�na

The leaders, the well-guided, the orthodox, the purified,

وَعَلى جِبْرَيئلَ وَميكائِيلَ وَإسْرافِيلَ،

wa `al� jibra��la wa m�k���la wa isr�f�la

And upon (Archangels) Gabriel, and Michael, and Isr�f�l,

وَمَلَكِ الْمَوْتِ وَرِضْوانَ خازِنِ الجَنَّةِ،

wa malakil-mawti wa ri�w�na kh�zinil-jin�ni

And the Angel of Death, and Ri�w�n the doorkeeper of Paradise,

وَمالِكٍ خَازِنِ النَارِ،

wa m�likin kh�zinin-n�ri

And M�lik the doorkeeper of Hell,

وَالرُّوحِ القُدُسِ،

walrr��il-qudusi

And the Holy Spirit

وَحَمَلَةِ الْعَرْشِ وَمُنْكَرٍ وَنَكيرٍ،

wa �amalatil-`arshi wa munkarin wa nak�rin

And the Bearers of the (Divine) Throne, and Munkar and Nak�r

وَعَلَى المَلَكَيْنِ الحَافِظَيْنِ عَلَيّ،

wa `al� almalakayni al��fi�ayni `alayya

And the two angels whom are in charge of supervising me

بِالصّلاةِ الّتِي تُحِبّ أَنْ تُصَلِّيَ بِها عَلَيْهِمْ،

bil��al�ri allat� tu�ibbu an tu�alliya bih� `alayhim

(please bless them all) with the blessing that You like to bless them with;

صَلاةً كَثيرَةً طَيِّبَةً مُبارَكَةً زاكِيَةً نامِيَةً،

�alatan kath�ratan �ayyibatan mub�rakatan z�kiyatan n�miyatan

(Let it be) a blessing that is abundant, pure, holy, genuine, growing,

طاهِرَةً شَريفَةً فاضِلَةً،

��hiratan shar�fatan f��ilatan

deep, honorable, and virtuous

تُبَيّنُ بِهَا فَضْلَهُمْ عَلَى الأَوّلِينَ وَالآخِرِينَ.

tubayyinu bih� fa�lahum `al� al-awwal�na wal-�khir�na

through which You obviously demonstrate their precedence over the past and the coming generations.

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَسْأَلُكَ أَنْ تَسْمَعَ صَوْتِي،

all�humma inn� as�aluka an tasma`a �awt�

O Allah: I beseech You to hear my voice,

وَتُجِيبَ دَعْوَتِي،

wa tuj�ba da`wat�

And to respond to my prayer,

وَتَغْفِرَ ذُنُوبِي،

wa taghfira dhun�b�

And to forgive my sins,

وَتُنْجِحَ طَلِبَتِي،

wa tunji�a �alibat�

And to give success to my prayer,

وَتَقْضِيَ حَاجَاتِي،

wa taq�iya ��j�t�

And to settle my needs,

وَتَقْبَلَ قِصَّتِي،

wa taqbala qi��at�

And to accept my excuses

وَتُنْجِزَ لي ما وَعَدْتَنِي،

wa tunjiza l� m� wa`adtan�

And to fulfill Your promise to me,

وَتُقيلَني عَثْرَتي،

wa tuq�lan� `athrat�

And to let off my offense,

وَتَتَجَاوَزَ عَنْ خَطِيئَتِي،

wa tataj�waza `an kha���at�

And to overlook my sins,

وَتَصْفَحَ عَنْ ظُلْمِي،

wa ta�fa�a `an �ulm�

And to excuse my wrongdoings,

وَتَعْفُوَ عَنْ جُرْمِي،

wa ta`fwa `an jurm�

And to pardon my evildoings,

وَتُقْبِلَ عَلَيَّ،

wa tuqbila `alayya

And to be always present for me

وَلا تُعْرِضَ عَنّي،

wa l� tu`ri�a `ann�

And never reject me

وَتَرْحَمَنِي وَلا تُعَذّبَنِي،

wa tar�amany wa l� tu`adhdhiban�

And to have mercy upon me and not to punish me,

وَتُعَافِيَنِي وَلا تَبْتَلِيَنِي،

wa tu`�fiyany wa l� tabtaliyan�

And to grant me good health and not to afflict me,

وَتَرْزُقَنِي مِنَ الرّزْقِ أَطْيَبَهُ وَأَوْسَعَهُ،

wa tarzuqany mina alrrzqi a�iyabahu wa awsa`ahu

And to grant me from the nicest and most extensive sustenance

وَأهْنَأَهُ وَأَمْرَأَهُ،

wa ahna�ah� wa amra�ah�

And most pleasant and most wholesome

وَأَسْبَغَهُ وَأكْثَرَهُ.

wa asbaghah� wa akhtharah�

And most plentiful and most abundant

وَلا تَحْرِمَني يا رَبِّ دِيني وَأمانَتي،

wa l� ta�rimn� y� rabbi d�n� wa am�nat�

And not to deprive me, O my Lord, of my faith and belief trusted with me

وَضَعْ عَنِّي وِزْري،

wa �a` `ann� wizr�

And (please) relieve me of my burdens;

وَلا تُحَمِّلْني ما لا طاقَةَ لي به،

wa l� tu�ammilny m� l� ��qata l� bihi

and do not impose on me that which I have not the strength to bear.

يا مَولايَ،

y� mawl�ya

O my Master;

وَأدْخِلْني في كُلِّ خَيْرٍ أدْخَلْتَ فيهِ مُحَمَّداً وَآلَ مُحَمَّدٍ،

wa adkhilny f� kull khayrin adkhalta f�hi mu�ammadan wa �la mu�ammadin

And (please do) include me with every good item that You have chosen from Mu�ammad and the Household of Mu�ammad

وَأخْرِجْني مِنْ كُلِّ سوءٍ أخْرَجْتَهُمْ مِنْهُ،

wa akhrijny min kulli s��in akhrajtahum minhu

and take me out of any evil from which You have saved them

وَلا تُفَرِّقْ بَيْني وَبَيْنَهُمْ طَرْفَةَ عَيْنٍ أبَداً في الدُّنْيا وَالآخِرَةِ.

wa l� tufarriq bayn� wa baynahum �arfata `aynin abadan fidduny� wal-�khirati

And never separate me from them for even a twinkling of an eye neither in this worldly life nor in the Hereafter.

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَدْعُوكَ كَمَا أَمَرْتَنِي فَاسْتَجِبْ لِي كَمَا وَعَدْتَنِي.

all�humma inn� ad`�ka kam� amartany fastajib l� kam� wa`adtan�

O Allah: I am praying You as You have ordered me to do; so, please respond to me as You have promised.

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَدْعُوكَ كَمَا أَمَرْتَنِي فَاسْتَجِبْ لِي كَمَا وَعَدْتَنِي.

all�humma inn� ad`�ka kam� amartany fastajib l� kam� wa`adtan�

O Allah: I am praying You as You have ordered me to do; so, please respond to me as You have promised.

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَدْعُوكَ كَمَا أَمَرْتَنِي فَاسْتَجِبْ لِي كَمَا وَعَدْتَنِي.

all�humma inn� ad`�ka kam� amartany fastajib l� kam� wa`adtan�

O Allah: I am praying You as You have ordered me to do; so, please respond to me as You have promised.

اللّهُمّ إنّي أَسْأَلُكَ قَلِيلاً مِنْ كَثِيرٍ

all�humma inn� as�aluka qal�lan min kath�rin

O Allah, I ask You for a little from the very much,

مَعَ حَاجَةٍ بِي إلَيْهِ عَظِيمَةٍ،

ma`a ��jatin by ilayhi `a��matin

in the midst of my many needs for which I entirely depend on You,

وَغِنَاكَ عَنْهُ قَدِيمٌ،

wa ghin�ka `anhu qad�mun

and You, since eternity, are able to do without them,

وَهُوَ عِنْدِي كَثِيرٌ،

wa huwa `indy kath�run

but for me it is titanic

فَامْنُنْ بِهِ عَلَيّ إنّكَ عَلَى كُلّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ.

famnun bihi `alayya innaka `al� kulli shay�in qad�run

So, (please do) bestow upon me with them, for You have power over all things.

اللّهُمّ بِرَحْمَتِكَ فِي الصَّالِحِينَ فَأَدْخِلْنَا،

all�humma bira�matika f� al���li��na fa-adkhiln�

O Allah: (please do) include us with the righteous ones, out of Your mercy.

وَفِي عِلّيّينَ فَارْفَعْنَا،

wa f� `illiyy�na farfa`n�

And uplift us to the rank of `illiyy�n (most elevated rank).

وَبِكَأْسٍ مِنْ مَعِينٍ مِنْ عَيْنٍ سَلْسَبِيلٍ فَاسْقِنَا،

wa bikasin min ma`�nin min `aynin salsab�lin fasqin�

And serve us with water running out of spring of Salsab�l.

وَمِنَ الْحُورِ الْعِينِ بِرَحْمَتِكَ فَزَوّجْنَا،

wa mina al��ri al`�ni bira�matika fazawwijn�

And, out of Your mercy, give us as wives the women of Paradise.

وَمِنَ الْوِلْدَانِ الْمُخَلّدِينَ كَأَنّهُمْ لُؤْلُؤٌ مَكْنُونٌ فَأَخْدِمْنَا،

wa mina alwild�ni almukhalld�na ka-annahum lu�lu�un makn�nun fa-akhdimn�

And make the Paradisiacal youths who never alter in age and who are like hidden pearls serve us.

وَمِنْ ثِمَارِ الْجَنّةِ وَلُحُومِ الطّيْرِ فَأَطْعِمْنَا،

wa min thim�ri aljannati wa lu��mi al���ri fa�`imn�

And give us food from the fruits of Paradise and from the meat of birds there.

وَمِنْ ثِيَابِ السّنْدُسِ وَالْحَرِيرِ وَالإسْتَبْرَقِ فَأَلْبِسْنَا،

wa min thiy�bi alssundusi wal-�ar�ri wal-istabraqi fa-albisn�

And dress us from the clothes of fine and thick silk and rich brodace.

وَلَيْلَةَ الْقَدْرِ،

wa laylata alqadri

And give us success to catch the Grand Night

وَحَجّ بَيْتِكَ الْحَرَامِ،

wa �ajj baytika al�ar�mi

The pilgrimage to Your Holy House,

وَقَتْلاً فِي سَبِيلِكَ مَعَ وَلِيِّكَ فَوَفّقْ لَنَا،

wa qatlan f� sab�lika ma`a waliyyika fawaffiq lan�

And the martyrdom in Your way under the pennon of Your Representative.

وَصَالِحَ الدّعَاءِ وَالْمَسْأَلَةِ فَاسْتَجِبْ لَنَا،

wa ��li�a aldd`��i wal-masalati f�stajib lan�

And respond to our goodly prayer and invocation.

يَا خَالِقَنَا اسْمَعْ وَاسْتَجِبْ لَنا،

y� kh�liqan� isma` wastajib lan�

O our Creator: (please) listen to (our prayer) and respond to us.

وَإذَا جَمَعْتَ الأَوّلِينَ وَالآخِرِينَ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ فَارْحَمْنَا،

wa idh� jama`ta al-awwal�na wal-�khir�na yawma alqiy�mati far�amn�

And when You shall gather the past and the coming generations on the Resurrection Day, (please) have mercy upon us.

وَبَرَاءَةً مِنَ النَّارِ وَأماناً مِنَ العَذابِ فَاكْتُبْ لَنَا،

wa bar��atan mina alnn�ri wa am�nan minal-`dh�bi f�ktub lan�

And (please) release us from Hellfire and secure us against the chastisement.

وَفِي جَهَنّمَ فَلا تَغُلّنَا،

wa f� jahannama fal� taghullan�

And do not fetter us in Hell.

وَمَعَ الشّيَاطِينِ فَلا تَقْرٌنّا،

wa ma`a alshshay���ni fal� taqrunn�

And do not add us to the devils.

وَفِي النَّارِ عَلَى وُجُوهِنَا فَلا تَكْبُبْنَا،

wa f� alnn�ri `al� wuj�hin� fal� takbubn�

And do not throw us down on our faces in Hellfire.

وَفي هَوانِكَ وَعَذابِكَ فَلا تَقْلُبْنا،

wa f� haw�nika wa `adh�bika fal� taqlubn�

And do not make us turn over in Your humiliation and in Your chastisement.

وَمِنَ الزّقّومِ وَالضّرِيعِ فَلا تُطْعِمْنَا،

wa mina alzzuqq�mi wal-��ar�`i fal� tu�`imn�

And do not feed us from zaqq�m and thorns.

وَفِي النَّارِ عَلَى وُجُوهِنَا فَلا تَكْبُبْنَا،

wa f� alnn�ri `al� wuj�hin� fal� takbubn�

And do not throw us down on our faces in Hellfire.

وَمِنْ ثِيَابِ النَّارِ وَسَرَابِيلِ الْقَطِرَانِ فَلا تُلْبِسْنَا،

wa min th��bi alnn�ri wa sar�b�li alqa�ir�ni fal� tulbisn�

And do not dress us from the clothes of fire and the shirts of pitchl

وَمِنْ كُلّ سُوءٍ يَا لا إلهَ إلاَّ أَنْتَ بِحَقّ لا إلهَ إلاَّ أَنْتَ فَنَجّنَا.

wa min kulli s��in y� l� il�ha ill� anta bi�aqqi l� il�ha ill� anta fanajjin�

And save us from all evils; O there is no god save You, I beseech You in the name of there is no god save You.

اَللَّهُمَّ إني أسْألُكَ وَلَمْ يُسْألْ مِثْلُكَ،

all�humma inn� as�aluka wa lam yus�al mithluka

O Allah: I am beseeching You, and there is none like You to be besought.

وَأرْغَبُ إلَيْكَ وَلَمْ يُرْغَبْ إلى مِثْلِكَ

wa arghabu ilayka wa lam yurghab il� mithlika

and to You do I desire, and there is none like You to be desired.

يَا رَبِّ أنْتَ مَوْضِعُ مَسْألَةِ السّائِلينَ،

y� rabbi anta maw�i`u mas�alati alss��il�na

O my Lord: It is You Who is the object of the requests of the beseechers,

وَمُنْتَهى رَغْبَةِ الرّاغِبِينَ،

wa muntah� raghbati alrr�ghib�na

and it is You Who is the ultimate goal of the desire of those who have desires.

أسْألُكَ اللَّهُمَّ بِأفْضَلِ أسْمائِكَ كُلِّها وَأنْجَحِها،

as�aluka all�humma bi-af�ali asm��ika kullih� wa anja�ih�

I beseech You, O Allah, in the name of the best and the most effective of all Your (Excellent) Names

يا اَللهُ يا رَحْمانُ،

y� all�hu y� ra�m�nu

O Allah; O the All-beneficent,

وَبِاسْمِكَ المَخْزونِ المَصُونِ الأعَزِّ الأَجَلِّ الأعْظَمِ الَّذي تُحِبُّهُ وَتَهْواهُ،

wa bismika almakhz�ni alma��ni al-a`azzi al-ajalli al-a`�ami alladh� tu�ibbuh� wa tahw�hu

and I beseech You by Your Name�the sealed, the reserved, the mightiest, the loftiest, the greatest,; that You love and like,

وَتَرْضى عَمَّنْ دَعاكَ بِهِ،

wa tar�� `amman da`�ka bih�

and that You are pleased with him who prays You by it,

وَتَسْتَجيبَ لَهُ دُعاءَهُ،

wa tastaj�bu lah� du`��ah�

and thus You answer his prayers.

وَحَقَّ عَلَيْكَ يا رَبِّ أنْ لا تَحْرِمَ سائِلَكَ.

wa �aqqa `alayka y� rabbi an l� ta�rima s��ilaka

It is incumbent upon You, O Lord, that You never disappoint him who beseeches You.

اَللّهُمَّ إنّي أسْألُكَ بِكُلِّ اسْمٍ هُوَ لَكَ،

all�humma inn� as�aluka bikulli ismin huwa laka

O Allah: I do beseech You by every name that belongs to You,

دَعاكَ بِهِ عَبْدٌ هُوَ لَكَ،

da`�ka bih� `abdun huwa laka

and by which a servant of You has prayed You

في بَرٍّ أوْ بَحْرٍ،

f� barrin aw ba�rin

in a land or in a sea

أوْ سَهْلٍ أوْ جَبَلٍ،

aw sahlin aw jabalin

or in a plain or on a mountain

أوْ عِنْدَ بَيْتِكَ الحَرامِ،

aw `inda baytika al�ar�mi

or at Your Sacred House,

أوْ في شَيْءٍ مِنْ سُبُلِكَ.

aw f� shay�in min subulika

or in any of Your ways.

فَأَدْعُوكَ يا رَبِّ دُعاءَ مَنْ قَدِ اشْتَدَّتْ فَاقَتُهُ،

fa ad`�ka y� rabbi du`��a man qad ishtaddat f�qatuh

So, I beseech You, O my Lord, the beseeching of him whose neediness is great

وَعَظُمَ جُرْمُهُ وَضَعُفَ كَدْحُهُ،

wa `a�uma jurmuh� 

and whose offense is grave, and whose efforts are modest,

وَأشْرَفَتْ عَلى الهَلَكَةِ نَفْسُهُ،

wa ashrafat `al� alhalakati nafsuh�

and who is about to perish

وَلَمْ يَثِقْ بِشَيْءٍ مِنْ عِلْمِهِ،

wa lam yathiq bishay�in min `ilmih�

and who has no trust in any of his deeds

وَلَمْ يَجِدْ لِما هُوَ فيهِ سادّاً وَلا لِذَنْبِهِ غافِراً وَلا لِعَثْرَتِهِ مُقيلاً غَيْرُكَ،

wa lam yajid lim� huwa f�hi s�ddan wa l� lidhanbih� gh�firan wa l� li`athratih� muq�lan ghayruka

and who has not found anyone who can make up for him or can forgive his sin or can overlook his slips save You,

هارِباً إلَيْكَ،

h�riban ilayka

He is thus resorting to You,

مُتَعَوِّذاً بِكَ،

muta`awwidhan bika

seeking Your refuge,

مُتَعَبِّداً لَكَ،

muta`abbidan laka

worshipping You,

غَيْرَ مُسْتَنْكِفٍ وَلا مُسْتَكْبِرٍ،

ghayra mustankifin wa l� mustakbirin

showing no disdain, no pride,

وَلا مُسْتَحْسِرٍ وَلا مُتَجَبِّرٍ،

wa l� musta�sirin wa l� mutajabbirin

no arrogance, no condescension,

وَلا مُتَعَظِّمٍ،

wa l� muta`a��imin

and no aloofness;

بَلْ بائِسٍ فَقيرٍ،

bal b��isin faq�rin

rather, he is miserable, needy,

خَائِفٍ مُسْتَجِيرٍ.

kh��ifin mustaj�rin

fearful, and seeking shelter.

أسْألُكَ يا اَللهُ يا رَحْمانُ،

as�aluka y� all�hu y� ra�m�nu

I beseech You, O Allah, O the All-beneficent,

يَا حَنّانُ يا مَنّانُ،

y� �ann�nu y� mann�nu

O the All-tender, O the All-bestower of boons,

يا بَديعَ السَّماواتِ وَالأرْضِ،

y� bad�`a alssam�w�ti wal-ar�i

O the magnificent Maker of the heavens and the earth,

يَا ذا الجَلالِ وَالإكْرامِ،

y� dhaljal�li wal-ikr�mi

O the Lord of majesty and honor;

أنْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلى مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ،

an tu�alliya `al� mu�ammadin wa �li mu�ammadin

(I beseech You) to send blessings upon Mu�ammad and the Household of Mu�ammad,

صَلاةً كَثيرَةً طَيِّبَةً،

�al�tan kath�ratan �ayyibatan

blessings that are abundant, superb,

مُبارَكَةً نامِيَةً،

mub�rakatan n�miyatan

sanctified, ever-increasing,

زاكِيَةً شَريفَةً.

z�kiyatan shar�fatan

pure, and honorable.

أسْألُكَ اللَّهُمَّ أنْ تَغْفِرَ لي في شَهْري هذا وَتَرْحَمَني،

as�aluka all�humma an taghfira l� f� shahr� h�dh� wa tar�aman�

I beseech You, O Allah, to forgive me in this month and to have mercy upon me

وَتَعْتِقَ رَقَبَتِي مِنَ النّارِ،

wa ta`tiqa raqabat� mina alnn�ri

and to release me from Hellfire

وَتُعْطِيَني فِيهِ خَيْرَ ما أَعْطَيْتَ بِهِ أحَداً مِنْ خَلْقِكَ،

wa tu`�iyan� f�hi khayra m� a`�ayta bih� a�adan min khalqika

and to grant me the best of that which You have ever given any of Your creatures

وَخَيْرَ ما أنْتَ مُعْطِيهِ،
